Getting Changes Made to CHYOO

Okay! I took the initiative. I went to the Lit Boards and sent an email to Laurel requesting that she personally check out this CHYOO forum for comments, regarding "no one listening"

I pleaded with her to minimally, reply back to me via email, or better yet, post to our forum regarding changes being made to CHYOO.

I will update this thread if anything happens, yet I encourage everyone who wants their ideas heard, to do the same. Go to the Lit Forums, The first forum is Site Announcements. Click on Laurel's link. Once there, click on the link to send her an email.

Once again, changes come when the people unite and act together!

Thanks

Also

I just got fed up when I couldn't send my story (yet again), and emailed the webmaster at Literotica telling him/her that nobody reads the forum and nobody answers the email, and asking if the site is abandoned.

This is getting ridiculous.

Another alternative

Yes! I thought about sending to webmaster@literotica... but I figured go direct to the head honchos... I tried to send to Manu, but it wouldn't let me, it just redirected all emails to webmaster @ lit... so I ended up going straight to Laurel.

Keep posting!

No reply!

I still haven't heard from my email either.

I still believe if everyone would write (kind of group spamming), we'd get some kind of response!

OK! Here's my attempt at a canned message. Feel free to copy/paste it into your email messages to either Laurel, or webmaster (@literotica.org):

--------------------------------------

To whom it may concern:

There is a growing tension building within the CHYOO community!

It is felt by a certain number of authors, that there is no one moderating the forum "CHYOO Site Feedback"! There have been numerous requests, for someone to merely acknowledge, they are reading / taking into consideration / rejecting ideas that are being posted. To this date we have not had any feedback from the site administrators, either via private email reply, or forum reply.

There have also been a number of "technical questions" that have arisen, that none of the authors, seem to be able to answer or resolve. If we could get answers to those issues also, it would be greatly appreciated.

We truly enjoy the CHYOO site, and would love to continue sharing in its success. If the problem is that you need more help, several authors have previously volunteered. Please don't abandon this site, as it offers a great alternative to the writings in Literotica. I would hate to see authors abandoning this site, because no changes are being made, and no one "cares"!

If you could, minimally reply to this email, or to the "CHYOO Site Feedback" forum, it would let us know we are not alone. All we are asking, is that someone acknowledge receipt of our messages, and minimally say "we're working on it!"

I hope to hear back from you soon!

Sincerely,
Your CHYOO Authors

If you jump on board, please post a reply here, so we can keep count of how many emails have been sent.

Thanks,

Keep this the number one thread in feedback

Making sure everyone gets to read this thread!

Does anyone care?

Has anyone written emails to either webmaster or Laurel, or Manu, regarding everyone's disappointment.

I know we have complained, found workarounds, and generally vented by ourselves.... but has anyone other than myself and fictionalcharctr sent emails?

Give it Time

I sent up an e-mail in reponse to your idea. I agree that any type of communication would be good. Just a "we don't the time or resources to work on this now" would at least let us know what is going on.

In the meantime I just write stuff. Work around the problems, and enjoy myself. I presume it will change at somepoint when there are enough users on the site.

Just sent a thread up to you on Paying The Rent. Hope you like it. Got multi thread story line planned out to continue it.

Thanks.

:D
