mine was a very much needed break from things. i got to read some more which always makes me happy. and i got to rest my poor feet which were being stood on for 8 hours a day for the last 5 days basically.

Nike Shox. I refuse to wear any other tennis shoe. (Right now, its summer and I have been wearing flip flops and Tevas) but if I know I am going to be walking and or standing all day, its the Nike Shoxs. I have 3 pairs.

hey i hope everyone had an enjoyable 4th. mine was ok i worked but thankfully it was pretty nice all day so not many people wanted to go to wendy's for food. thankfully too my heels didn't hurt until the last hour. these new little exercises that i've been doing to tighten up the tendons seems to be working. well off to work again for me. i'll post a picture though for everyone's enjoyment. let me know what you think.

hey all, hope you had good days. mine came out to be just another so so day. most of today sucked royally but then about 4 o'clock i was cleaning stuff up and saw some papers shoved into this one place where they shouldn't be. so yea i worked to get them out and what do i find out when they are sitting in the light. the 'papers' were actually bills. so today i came out on top by 11 bucks, which made the shitty day good. so i've decided to post another pic tonight. hope you enjoy.

well thankfully they are guick release cuffs. in other words they can be operated with a key but they also have a quick release mechanism on them for those cases when the need to get out of them is really great. so no real worries i've always been pretty good with moving my hands in wierd ways in order to not have to worry about them too much. guess it was all the practice i had when my older brother had a pair of play handcuffs when we were little. they had that quick release thing too, although a bit simpler.
