Have a take a moment to be serious....just a bit of a warning this is a sensitive topic. I promise not to dwell on it. May tends to be a tough month for me for various reasons that I won't get into here. May happens to be mental health awareness month since 1940 something. So just be mindful that others could be fighting demons that you can't see. Also a note that my door is always open for real conversation, coffee is always available and possibly tea 😊.

Just :kiss::kiss::kiss: for you.

Thank you both!! Nobody seems to want to talk about it. Nothing to be ashamed of. 💙

Mental health issues are far reaching. It is nothing to be ashamed of I agree. I find a lot of people don’t want to talk about it as they don’t want to involve other people, have other people worry about them.

I’ve suffered minor episodes when younger and my son and daughter-in-law are both bi polar. Both have improved greatly as they became older although my son still has his triggers which we all try to avoid.

There was a lot of pressure on us as parents when he was late teens, when if first made an obvious appearance, and we have dealt with each episode as it occurred. Professional support in the UK is scarce and varied depending on where you live.

I’m just hoping that their children turn out ok.
