wow....passed the final! yay...not good enough to keep my A but oh well, I'll take the B.
Had ALOT of fun last night....swam, drank, ate.....and drank, swam some more....got home late, slept late...head killin me...haha
BUT it was worth it. Now off to show my rental house again. Fingers still crossed!!!

Took my history final today, and it was a piece of cake. Im positive i Aced that one......thank goodness! Wont know final grade for a day or so but that class is in the bag!
glad its over, one week to recoup, eat, sleep, whatever whatever til classes start back again. not much rest for the wicked i suppose!
Tonight after my test, i came home and worked on my bathroom some, i forgot how 'accomplished' I feel when I make progress in there. I am determined to make a significant amount of progress by time i go back to school next week. I am now ready to put the backer board up in the shower surround, then tile. After that, all i have left is to grout, add plumbing fixtures, mouldings {crown, chair rail, and door/window trim} and set the toilet. Its really not that much left really......
I may have to browse the tile store tomorrow. I want some sort of funky accent tiles.

got my first collection call from my Mortgage company today

I am certainly a woman of many talents!! I absolutely love doing things like that...paint, tile, wallpaper...those are my forte's, but I'll attempt anything. There isnt anything i cant do because im a girl, thats for damn sure.
I did go, you should have joined me! Its only a very short drive..lol
I always like the stuff that is special order and takes a week....grrrr....Im not a fru-fru gotta have the best kinda girl...i just like what i like i suppose
I have one other store i want to check before i order something, and they close at 5 everyday. Will be hard for me to get by there, and that means no tile for me this weekend either way! Oh well, I guess i can get the other stuff done and do tile in a week or so. But what i did find that i liked, was called 'pixie stix' tile...lol Comes in all sorts of colors, and had an olive green variety one that will match my palm trees well. It is also still neutral enough that if i ever nix the palm trees, i can coordinate with something else.
My house was built in 1902, and has an old world feel. I have remodeled almost the whole place in 4 years updating it, but i've kept the old feel to it. I fell in love with this house when i saw all the thick casings and mouldings, and the 10 foot ceilings. you cant get trim like that anymore...so much character here.
If i ever get the bathroom done, I'll post pics. And then Im going to throw a party, IN the bathroom...in the 10 jet jacuzzi with in line heating unit. That means I can drink a whole bottle of wine or pitcher of margaritas before it even starts to get cold!! lol
And the door DOES lock.....(dang, i had a lot to say
