I am originaly from Phoenix AZ and about a year ago took a job in Indianapolis. That job didn't become what it had promised and Indy just sucked for us. I got an service engineering position in Peachtree City and figured what the hell
I had never been here but decided to go for it. I wish my family could have come with me but they will follow shortly I hope. Thanks it in a not so small nutshell.

And thank you guys for your welcome. Its almost crazy how nice and welcoming people in GA are. I got so used to the cold shoulders in Indy its nice to see nice people still exist

Not all the stereotypes are bad. I'm originally from Oklahoma and I must say some of the women here take the "southern comfort" motif to a whole level I couldn't imagine.

There is just something about an accomidating young woman with a sweet southern accent... giving you a bed to crash onto... and then waking up realizing that you aren't sleeping in that bed alone (and for some reason your clothes are no longer on your body).

My dad is black and he has no rhthym whatsoever. He has spent the last 30 years trying to learn the electric slide (similar to the Boot, Scoot, Boogie for you country fans) but finally had to relinquish his black card.

I think the whole state is honorary Sooner alum... But I must say my OSU pokes are really surprising everyone this year (and my friends still hate me for the OSU over Georgia defeat that opened this season)

If you have a little game, there is quite a bit of tail to be had. The Cocktail Party (aka World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party) is the Georgia v. Florida game in Jacksonville.
