The weekend just disappeared on me. The last time a weekend disappeared, it showed up two weeks later, smelling like cheap whiskey and stale cigarettes, and muttering something about how clowns are lousy in the sack. I never did get full details, but if this weekend shows up the same way I am changing my calendar so that thursday leads right into tuesday!

It's good to have nice neighbors. I've been doing my neighbors lawn for the past 2 years now, most of the time. He's in his late 60's and can't get out much anymore. Once in awhile he feels up to it and does mine for me. I don't think it's because I'm nice (some people think I'm a prick, but screw them anyway...lol) I just think it's the right thing to do.

OMG!!! The AC Unit wasn't working when I got home. It was 90 degrees inside and 103 outside. If it wasn't for a great neighbor figuring out the problem I would have been poolside at Days Inn until it was repaired
