I would have needed to have run to Alabama to get the weight off from that breakfast. I am too fat as it is! One of my commitments for the new year is to get 10 lbs off fast! My last marathon in December kicked my butt in part cause of my beer belly. I want to run another one in March so....

BTW I fixed waffles and bacon.

if you can run 4 miles and quick, then i doubt very seriously that you have 10lbs to loose...
