Generation Jedi

I wanted to rip Leah's clothes off and give her my light saber..........

I saw the original the day it opened. I was a visiting a friend and made her go. She bitched right up until the lights went out then abruptly fell silent. When it was over I started to get ready to leave, but she told me to forget it, we weren't going anywhere. We sat through that movie three times (you could do that then) and probably would have stayed for a fourth, but the theater closed.

Jayne (Mecre Bomec??)

I wanted to be Bulldog Drummond or Richard Hannay.

Star Wars was decades too late for me. Even Dan Dare against the Mekon was too late.

John Carter of Mars and Dejah Thoris? Now you're talking...

Question 5
Which of these veteran actors does not feature in a Star Wars film?

I don't know any of the actors mentioned here. Otherwise, it was easy.

But I still missed one. I wonder if Raine and Marius will forgive me?

When I was Princess Leah, I let the boys tie me up. Darth Vader rescued me once. He was my first love... :cathappy:

When I was a kid, a friend of mine (boy) had the whole little toy set in the case. I didn't like to play Leah that much. I was always Darth Vader.

I may be the biggest geek, but I don't care. I'm a proud geek. All of you who are ashamed of being geeks should be ashamed of yourself for being ashamed! And then stop being ashamed;)

I don't RP star wars, I don't dress up and go to conventions, I don't watch the movies over and over, I don't own the soundtrack...

But, you know what? I believe in the spiritual message of SW. I *believe* in the force. I love the idea of a future (or a past) where science and religion are united, where they prove and support each other and the idea that god is within all of us, around us, outside of us and everywhere.

May the Force be with you all.:)

...and may the Force be with you also.

I love Star Wars. I don't have a problem admitting to it. I don't even have a problem admitting that I think Lucas is getting hammered on these last two movies mostly because he still wants to make saturday matinees. It is not his fault some of us have grown up into "complicated" movies.

That said, I hope he has catered to us grown-ups a little bit more this time around.
