I think the question you are asking is more of moral question that would be answered differently be different people. From a legal point, at least where I am located, it is not considered illegal assuming they are all over the age of 17

is incest between consenting adults illegal??? if one of the participants is below the legal, then yes, but then it isn't the question of incest, it is statutory rape regardless of the relationship between the two.

incest is a very relative term - in different cultures what is considered incestual is different, yet probably every culture has an incest taboo. in some paternal cousins are ok, while maternal cousins are not, while in others, all cousins are taboo.

there are legal definations of incest only when it comes to marriage, i believe. thus the question of whether sex between step-relations is incest depends completely on who you are asking.

It is certainly frowned upon by most, but I don't think illegal. A similar situation between my father and one of my step-sisters hasn't raised a red flag with my uncle, who is a lawyer, though he has expressed his general disapproval. If it was illegal I think he would have said something.

my cousin grew up with her dad and step mom. Her step uncle was her uncle from the time she was 3 years old.
The day she turned 18, she announced that she was pregnant with his kid and they are now married.
Its technically not incest but i view it as disgusting. She was raised with him being her uncle. She use to babysit his kids when she was 13. He's almost 50 and she's 23.
