General Mdom/f talk?...

As I'm new here, is there a general thread for Mdom/f discussion?...trading tips, ideas, experiences, etc.?

If not, where would be the right place to start one?...here (BDSM talk) or BDSM Cafe?

Welcome and feel free to jump in and explore. Think you will just have to wade through the multitude of threads on various topics as we tend to discuss particulars more so than general threads based on genders involved etc. You will find a wealth of information and experience from a variety of posters both on the board and through reading threads listed in the BDSM Library. The Talk board is more about serious discussion, though we have fun here too, and Cafe is for fun, chat, and lighter moments. Enjoy.

Heh, I'm still unsure where I should try to post then. What I'm interested I guess is just discussing stories of what people had tried that was successful, tips for others, etc. Something along the lines of "oh the other night, I tried A and B and she really liked it" or "hey, folks might want to try C, I've found it to be very fun and effective"...

Make any sense?

Sounds like BDSM Cafe is where your thread belongs. That forum is more for chit chat and less for serious discussion on specific topics (that's basically what Talk is reserved for.) I would think of one of those "A, B" situations you've had recently, post it, then ask for feedback and other suggestions. Sounds like your thread might turn into one of those never-ending rambling ones!

Makes sense and I think if you read a few threads from Talk you will find that is how many start off......something someone has tried, is going to try, or is thinking about but wants to know some specifics or safety guides first. As a general rambling thread of 'what I did last night' type it might be more suited to Cafe and will probably become more a chit chat theme....if wanting to get more specific (which it sounds as if you do), it means starting a new thread in Talk or contributing to an existing one which deals with your topic of choice. For tips and learning from others experiences through discussion, Talk is probably more the appropriate forum and one where you will get the most response....for having fun, chatting lightly about anything that comes up, Cafe is the place to go.
