I see a lot of men imagining, acting, and actually feeling they are a woman. It seems to come at levels of attachment to the persona. I don't see that many women having the same urges, but I am not privy to things that a lot of women say only amongst themselves. Are there any women who fantasize, and get turned on, imagining, being a man, with a dick and muscular, maybe a captain of industry?

No doubt there are. There is no one org that tracks gender transitions, but I've found sources that claim it is close to 1:1.
So close to equal numbers of transmen & transwomen.
Also, I can only speak for myself as a transwoman, but I never got sexually turned on imagining myself looking as a woman. It is just who I am.
Sex and gender are way different things.
