I did pickup Forza 2 the other day though....

I dunno . . . after playing Sonic and the Secret Rings, my faith in Sega is starting to decline.

(MAN, what an awful Sonic game THAT was.)

Hey David, Fellow geek & Browncoat here. Ya, Many of the same things. Just started playing DnD, finally got a used Xbox so I can play Halo (I still suck, but I have fun). And looking for a lady. I'll be subscribing to this link in hopes a fine lass in the Los Angeles area posts :)

Hi all. Thought I'd say hi. I am 23, single, straight, and live in east central PA. I play lots of games, WoW in particular and anything good on the 360. I do like to go out and have fun to though. I fall in between geeky and non geeky, some people think I am but most do not. If anyone is intersted pm me, I'd love to talk. :) :rose:

Yeah, I'm a nerd/geek.

I played tabletop roleplaying games since the early 1980's. I would have played them sooner, but I didn't know anything about them before then... Roleplaying is still my #1 hobby/interest/passion. I played (well, mostly GameMastered) just about every incarnation of Dungeons & Dragons, as well as Iron Crown Enterprise's Middle Earth Roleplaying, FASA's Shadowrun, West End Games' Star Wars, RuneQuest, Marvel SuperHeroes -- heck, I even played the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Roleplaying Game.

My younger brother collected mostly X-Men comics as a kid, so I got to read them as well, and get into them as much as he did. Needless to say, we were quite disappointed with X3. :confused:

Currently obsessed with Star Wars, especially Episode 3 and Knights of the Old Republic. I hope that The Force Unleashed comes out for the Wii platform... Yes, I have my share of Star Wars toys... :D

I love NBC's Heroes, mostlybecause I can relate WAY too much with Hiro Nakamura. I think I kinda look like him... Except he's cuter and cuddlier and a lot more wealthy than I am... :eek:

I'm doing my best to avoid getting into an MMORPG, although my brothers have been trying to get me in for quite awhile (first Asheron's Call 2, and now World of WarCraft). My baby brother was REALLY big into Asheron's Call 2.... However, if the Star Wars people find a way to fix Galaxies, or go forward with an MMORPG that uses a gaming console, well, I just might be doomed.

Was obsessed with Star Trek TNG during its heyday... I wore a gold-plated TNG communicator pin on my uniform when I worked for a grocery store (while putting myself through college).

I love tech stuff (home theaters and computers, mostly) , even though I'm not a bona fide tech guy (engineer, computer programmer, etc.).

I was always the smartest kid in elementary school, and my social skills were very much retarded. Oh, and I graduated magna cum laude from law school. So, I hopefully qualify to meet the minimum standard for geekdom.

I could add more to my Geek/Nerd resume, but that would be overkill, methinks... :cool:

Well i myself am quite the geek. I live in wisconsin however and there just aren't many like-minded females in the area. I have always wanted to meet one though. I love to play all sorts of games read comic books and watch science fiction programs. I'm actually listening to the original Farscape theme as I write this.

Definitely a Geek. I play WoW, I play D&D, I play L5R, I like geeky Sci-Fi movies, I play video games of all sorts, I like board games (Settlers of Catan, anybody) and I love card games (both CCG and traditional [but no M:TG]).

Right now, I've gotten back into WoW (although I never really stopped) and have been playing Marvel: Ultimate Alliance on the 360. Aside from that, I'm currently running The World's Largest Dungeon for D&D.

Needfull thing: what kind of characters do you play in NWNs? Have you ever written your own campaign for it? I found a ravenloft one for the original game a looong time ago but never beat it :(

Yes, I do mean the tabletop, although I did do NWN, I beat the main game and got fairly bored with the first one. Mostly, I don't play in other people's games, I tend to run them (mostly because I've had to deal with too many bad DM/GM's).
