Incest squick is instinctual because we are afraid of procreating with someone close to us. The technology to safely and completely prevent procreation has only been around for a hundred years or so (yes, contraception existed thousands of years ago, but trust me, a lot of the time it wasn't pretty.)

If you haven't noticed (which you haven't) I've actually defended your stories on a number of occasions. I liked 'tit for tat' and I liked 'dance of the ravishers' I have never bashed somebody because of their stories other then you. I actually think Box is on the right track. As kids we do get our first glimpse of those naughty bits within the family. We see our siblings naked, and if there is an any sexual stimulation that we can get a a young age from seeing such, well, there you go. The object of sexual fascination will be that naked sibling.

The closest I ever had to a family crush was probably my cousin Henry, but even that was just a little, and only when I was younger.

Trying to get back to the topic...

If both parties are above the age of consent and actually do consent, I suppose sibling sex may be OK (whether gay or not) - at least if no-one is hurt by this relationship.

However, parent / children sex stories (whether above the age of consent or not) really squick me out. Mainly because there are such horrible cases of sexual child abuse in real life families, and somehow this type of incest stories (no matter how fictional they are) pretend that it could be OK for parents to have sex with their children.
