Gay male story featuring a nerdy-ish guy in denial and an athlete who is more direct.

Okay, I've been searching for the story about a guy who's in college and meets the star athlete or something. I don't recall if it was in american football or soccer but in the second or third chapter the non jock guy attends the game and sees his hook up being a star. What stood out to me was that the nerd was in denial about being gay and that the jock was actually sweet. A kinda reverse trope on the more masc guy being less forward with his feelings and the more less traditionally masc being the one to coax out his partner's feelings for him.

I believe there are at least 3 chapters posted on here. And the first chapter was made at the latest 6 months ago.
