I feel so strongly about this that after writing it on Pookies excellent post (GB) I am starting a new thread about it. Even if your not a voter, call your current reps and be heard. Register to vote just so you can sign petions against this. Thank you.

I do not want this amendment on the document that is the last authority of my country. It goes against so many of the vital prinipals of "Life, Liberty, and the Prusuit of Happiness" and "All Men Are Created Equal".
If you also don't want this horriable amendment added (and your American) please don't sit idlely by and allow it to happen. Write or call your local reps, ask your friends and neighbors to do the same.
It is a huge step backwards for Human Rights in general and along with Women's Sufferage and Slavery being returned to the USA.
Call. Write. Be a presence in your own government. After all, the politicans are run by polls and you need to be heard to weight the polls.
I come from a small state, but I will do my best. I hope you do too
