OK, cock rings basically restrict the flow of blood BACK out of the penis. This produces a firmer, longer lasting erection and can increase recovery time between orgasms. I've tried one a couple times and I also think it increases sensitivity and strength of orgasm a bit.

I would defintely avoid anything that has metal rings. These can stop blood flow totally and get stuck on. Not only can this cause permanent damage, but you have to get them cut off. Actually to be totally factual this would be cut off using a ring cutter. It's a piece of equipment that hooks under between the skin and the ring, then the blade cuts through the top like a pipe cutter.

I own a couple of sets of the Gates of Hell. Mine are the type with metal rings & a leather strap holding it together. I have a 7 ring set and a 3 ring set.
