Okay, i havent worked out a complete background yet, but this is the premise...
This world is the opposite of the marvel comics world you know...
In this world, the Big man or Kingpin of New York is George Stacy, a former corrupt police captain, now rich businessman and owner of the Daily Bugle. Recently, He has died leaving an opening for a new bigman - Into this has come several contenders;
Peter Parker aka The Spider / Master Planner - A super-powered scientific genius.
Charles Xavier - The man behind the criminal team known as the X-men
Matt Murdock aka The Devil - A super-powered corrupt judge, with a small group of loyal criminals he saved from getting time in jail.
