Hiya!

This is a fun little activity to get those creative juices flowing (I sorely need some right about now), so if you are interested, all are welcome.

Fortunately, Unfortunately--

Similar to the 'Story Game', this is a group game with the aim of telling a singular story. Each person writes their line, starting it with either 'Fortunately' or 'Unfortunately', depending on the last person's entry.

Example:

Person A-
Anna aced her science test.

Person B-
Unfortunately, Anna cheated.

Person C-
Fortunately, no one knew she did it.

Person D-
Unfortunately, the person who gave her the cheat sheet is blackmailing her.

Person E-
Fortunately, they only want her lunch money.

Person A-
Unfortunately, she doesn't have any today, she brought a packed lunch.

Unfortunately, it's not the most entertaining example from me... fortunately, I think this could prove to be quite fun with a creative bunch of authors ;)

< Note: No pressure to play along, if this isn't the right post for this sub I am happy to sneakily delete it later on hahah>

START:

Adam was about to go on a first date with his long lost, high school crush, Mary.

Fortunately, in the years since he'd last seen her, Adam had developed a taste for BBW, and his loins tingled when she opened her front door and he caught sight of her ample curves encased in the tight-fitting dress.

Unfortunately, Adam's pants were also tight-fitting, and when he saw Mary's eyes drift down to his manifest arousal, he felt his face flush in embarrassment.

Fortunately, Adam recalled Mary was quite near-sighted, so he wasn't as concerned as if Mary had 20/20 vision.

Unfortunately, Mary was wearing her contacts, and the bulge in Adam's pants did not escape her attention.

Fortunately--and completely without Adam's knowledge--Mary had been harboring an unspoken fantasy about him for a long time.

Fortunately, she found her voice: "Why don't you come inside?"

HP is that dirty? I swear I don’t know hehe

Fortunately, none of that mattered when he swept her into his arms and kissed her passionately.

Unfortunately, he tripped over his own feet, and they both tumbled to the ground

Fortunately, time rewound a bit and, by the stochastic whimsy of quantum mechanics, a different fate ensued.

And unfortunately, this quantum mechanic had recently lost his license to practice, but,
Fortunately, the space / time continuum allowed their orbits to again coincide ...

Unfortunately, when the space-time continuum police arrived, they were unable to completely unravel the perplexing series events that led to the disruption in the continuum, so their remediation resulted in the a time skip, back to the point when time went off the rails, when Adam was ringing Mary's doorbell.

Fortunately, the supplies were OK, and Mary heard that doorbell.

Fortunately it was just a 12V battery thing and not mains-connected, but it reminded him of his experiments with e-stim.

12 volts

Unfortunately the increased voltage shorted out both of his brain cells.

Fortunately, being a man he didn't need them.

Unfortunately, and as unrealistic as it may seem, Mary had looked forward to conversation with her old flame. "Oh well," she said with a sigh. "I guess we'll just do the horizontal jig."
