I can not help it I love my gameboy..when my Hubby and I go visit my relatives I have to take my gameboy I can not help it and its only one game i'm addicted to ...Poke'mon Oh-well anyways what is your favorite game that you can not get enough of ....(I use to have a 2xL when I was growing up but every one just gives me a strang look)

Atari is still around they are one of the biggest software game companies there are... they are also a doing a lot of p2 games... and n64 sn games... heheeh I LOVE MY PLAYSTION2

Love my gameboy too! Mine is purple and I have the yellow version on Pokemon. I also have Space Invades and Uno.

This is a test post to test the BB upgrade I just did, but...

Can you plug those Gameboys together and play against other people? Laurel and I once considered getting a pair of them so we could play 2 person pong (or whatever they have) on long plane flights. Never got them, but thought about it at least. Do they actually work like that - where you can play two player games on two machines?

Anyways. Yes, they do work like that. If you got two Gameboys, a link cable (available anywhere they have gameboy) and two of same game. You and Laurel are set.
Uhm but I'm quite certain Laurel will get carried away with it, and on those wee hours on long distance, overseas flights. She'll suddden scream "SHHHHHIIIIIIIITTTTTTT!!!!" waking up everybody on the plane

Despite the fact you can get better graphics (of this same game) on different systems, I LOVE playing The Legend of Zelda on my Gameboy!! It kicks ass. (Maybe I'm a "closet" Gamer/RPGer babe? )

...I remember one time on a family vacation, when I was a LOT younger, I had my Gameboy with me. I was playing some kind of golfing game. Everytime I'd "hit" the ball my dad would look in the rear view mirror thinking he heard a cop's siren! Hee hee hee. Finally he made me turn the volume waaaaaaaaaay down on the game. ~sigh~

Well the only game for Game Boy that I ever realy got addicted to was Tetris of course. Can never get enough of that darn game. To this very day, I keep my Game Boy ONLY because of that game. Could never realy get into any of the other Game Boy games but love to play Tetris.

OMG! I was so addicted to Zelda on my Nintendo when it first came out. It took me 6 months to complete the damn game and I would stay up until 4 a.m. playing.. from 6 p.m. the night before... it was bad. My knees have never been the same... see everyone always says my knees are bad from giving head, but it's really from sitting on them when playing Zelda. DAMN THAT ZELDA.. and I have to say all of those hours weren't worth it, the ending was so disappointing. I now have N64 and the new Zelda, but it's just not the same and I can't get into it anymore.

I miss Atari... Kaboom and Triathalon were the best! I spent hours playing those too.

OMG! I was so addicted to Zelda on my Nintendo when it first came out.

My honey and I were to. We were living together at the time and he was on a split shift. He got off work one afternoon and we went to the store and bought it.

Got home and made a big pallet in the floor, ordered pizza and started playing. He had the next two days off and went in the following day for a night shift.

We ate and slept on the pallet the entire time, ordering pizza for three days. God we did some werd shit before having kids.
