"Naota! Hey! Aww, don't be runnin' off on me now, not when its gonna-"

Haruko groaned as he bolted away, plunking down on the ground once again before falling over onto her back. "Hey Maze. I think you woke your new little friend's little friend... He's saluuuting." She gave a crack of a laugh, getting to her feet as she heard a rather... odd noise.

"My present's here."

She grinned back to Maze, beaming. "Wanna see what my Naota got me? I bet its real cute." She jumped onto the vespa, tearing off down the road and hunting for Naota.

"Wooowwwww..." She leaned back a bit as she spotted the robot, her eyes widening. "He really does have a big one, doesn't he?"

She hit the brakes before he saw her, leaning on the handlebars as she pushed her goggles up, watching him with a rather awed look on her face. "That's my boy..." Still, her Rickenbacker was now resting against the side of her vespa, just in case he'd need a hand. He hadn't called for her to help, so she figured he planned to deal with it. Or at least try.

"C'mon, Naota. Show me what you've got... I know there's something big in there. I've got faith in you...."

Maze picked her nose eyeing the interesting turn of events in the boy's pants. "That mean you happy to see me?" she questioned flicking the booger away as she magically pulled out some popcorn. "Try not to interrupt this is going to be a great show." she said as she sat down on the pathment giving Shuga a poke as he seemed to still be under the spell of her Pirin tablets. "Poor baby..." she muttered giving him a soft kiss as she turned to the action at hand.

The thing looked at Naota, as if considering him. Then it lifted the big club, riasing it high up in the air. The higher it rose, the paler Naota became. His mind was blank, only feeling terror. The club hesitated a moment, then began to fall toward him.

He was going to die. He'd never fought along like this. Always with Canti, and only as back up for Haruko. He couldn't do this. He couldn't-

A memory suddenly flashed before his eyes, on himself standing on top of the Medica Mechanica plant. In his hands was a flying V guitar, a streak of blazing light shooting toward him. The bomb. His mind flashed back to a little earlier on that same day, 6 years ago. "Nothing can happen, unless you swing the bat," Haruko said in the vaults of his memory.

The club swung down, tearing through the air with a vicious sound. His feet went side as he choked up on the neck of the guitar, his face determined. "Swing the bat like you're defeating the enemy." "Right, Mamimi?" The club got closer, closer, closer, then Naota swung.

There was the sound of metal striking metal, with a C chord overlaying it, and a huge cloud of water and dust. For a moment, Naota could not be seen, the giant seeming to be straining against something, then it went stumbling back, it's huge metal bat flying out of it's hand. The dust swirled away as it twirled through the air, showing the follow through of Naota's swing.

The colossal robot looked at him, then turned and started to run toward it's weapon. As it did so, it open a palm, revealing a hole it in. There was a sound like a giant batting cage machine powering up, then a red glowing sphere with two dull lines twining about it fired out at Naota.

"Whoa!" He reset, swinging and striking the orb, which arced out to explode over the city like a firecracker. More and more came as the thing raced to it's fallen club, Naota swinging wildy to knock the projectiles away. The sky over the city erupted into fireworks, people everywhere stopping and staring. As they did so, there was the wail of a siren fromt he Medica Mechanica plant, powerful search lights clicking on.

One of the spheres went over Naota's shoulder, hitting the river bank and exploding. Naota barely had time to yell before he hit the cold water, sinking fast. He kicked with his legs, but the weight of the guitar was dragging him down. Without it though, he didn't have a chance...

More N.O. was around, and he could...bring things through with it. or Haruko could use him to bring things through. He'd only ever summoned something once, when he'd called ont he power of Atomsk, brought it into himself before releasing the pirate king. The water was getting colder and darker now, he didn't have much air left. Naoto focused, feeling a new pain behind his forehead, opening his mouth a stream of bubbles burst toward the surface as he screamed a name.

Up above, the robot had retrieved it's bat, and was now slogging toward the town and the plant, climbing up onto the roadway. From the river behind it, there was a flash of light from beneath the surface, then the giant staggered sideways, as if struck by a powerful blow. A shining light zipped around it, hitting it in the head once, twice, a third time. As it fell back down the back into the water, the light landed atop the bridge.

The light dimmed revealing a slightly larger than human robot, with gangly limbs and a large TV screen like head. The plates of it's body were a light blue, and it held a wet, bedraggled Naota in one hand.

Naota coughed up some river water, looking up at the thing. "Canti...you came." The thing stood again, shaking it's head. Naota hefted the guitar again, standing with one foot on Canti's right hand, the other on the blue robot's forearm. "Okay, Canti, let's go!"

*KISS*

Shuga's Eyes snapped open. The guitar case unlatched and the lid peeled back. Despite already being open. An erie coffin opening sound as the it moved under it's own power. Fog drifted from the case and Shuga began to sit up,then stand the Cowboy hat blocking the half grizzly beard growth he had. His massive 7 foot frame had many scream in annoyed frenzy the 290 pounds on his frame impossible to fit in a guitar case. Even one so big.

"I sense a distubance in the f...." Shuga began in perfect english. Till he clocked his head on a low lying branch. "Son of a bitch. Who put that there. hey...." Shuga ran off letting the words trail. Hi Maze. So what's going on here." Shuga Sat and grabbed a small handful of popcorn. Still almost as tall as maze standing while hunched on his knees.

"MINE!" Maze shouted moving the popcorn aside so Shuga can't have any, she then turned with serious eyes to the events unfolding. "Haruko's N.O. hunny has just unleashed that massive present for her." she nudged her thumb back at the boy behind them almost forgotten. "He's got something growing in his pants for me...I AM NOT going in there." she said with finality, stuffing her face with popcorn.

Shuga Gave a tiny whimper. A ridiculous sound from his massive frame to maze's barking tone. He let the kernels of popcorn drop back one by one. Easily reaching to where Maze has put the bag, and sighs. he gave a small watch to the Giant robot coming out of naota's head. "Huh so that little kid and that big thing huh. Wierd." Shuga pulled a package of frosted flakes out from one of his shirt pockets, and popped it open. he halted and looked at the guy behind them holding a sword in one hand and the front of his pants in the other, he was yelling something. Shuga gave him a vauge thumbs up and waved him off as another random crazy person or Prin hallucination.

Shuga Began to eat. "So should we be helping or just providing moral support? Eds been looking to grind some groovy new tunes, and I have some awesome cheers up for inspiration." Shuga offered some of the box of Flakes to Maze. She couldn't resist sugar either.

The huge robot swung it's bat down at the pair, Canti shooting forward into the air just moments before impact. The bat struck the girders of the bridge, bending and warping them. There was a whining moan of metal, but the structure held.

Canti swooped up behind the giant construct, then leaned back and threw Naota at it. The wind whipping his hair back, Naota pulled the guitar back to swing, waiting until the giant turned around to face him. "rrrr...YAH!" Swinging with all his might, he hit it head on, the thing's head jerking to the right, the single lens in it's face cracking. Naota feel almost to the river before Canti swept underneath, catching him just in time.

Suddenly, the colossus kicked out with a massive foot, knocking boy and robot high up into the air. The bat swung out, Canti becoming a line drive out past the borders of Mabase. Naota spun in the air, a hand on his mouth to keep him from losing his lunch, "I knew I shouldn't have eaten the sushi..."

He finally stopped spinning, and started to fall down. His alarm only increased as he looked down to see the yellow robot under him, the energy sphere cannon pointed at the lanky youth, preparing to fire. "Huh?" "Wha-aaaah!"

It fired one ball straight up, the red sphere burning bright as it shot toward Naota. He watched it come, "Keep your eye on the ball..." Just as it got to him, he swung, drilling the projectile right back down. Into the cannon barrel.

The robot looked at it's arm curiously, just before the whole thing blew up in a huge display of fireworks. Naota tumbled through it, thrown this way and that by the bursts.

He landed just in front of Haruko, smoke rising from his singed form. His guitar clattered to the ground down by the side of the river. "Owww," Naota stirred, then sat up, his ears ringing. The shadow of the giant robot loomed over him, the thing raising it's bat again. Naota gasped, looking around for his guitar. "Where is it?"

Too far away, when he spotted it. His blue eyes went wide as he looked up just in time to see the weapon fall toward him, with no way to stop it. "Ahhh," he looked away, closing his eyes.

"Haruko!" "Please!"

Haruko had been watching him, beaming hugely as she heard him chanting her old advice. "That's my boy. Keep your eye on the ball... Now just hit it as hard as y-"

She gave a surprised cry as Naota landed right before her, scrambling to her feet as he yelped for her help. "HEY!!! You overgrown tinkertoy! Keep your mitts off my guy!"

The Rickenbacker back in hand, she held it down for a moment with her heel, yanking the cord before resting the guitar against her shoulder. She gave a hard swing, her tongue jutting out from her lips as she closed her right eye, aiming directly for the bot's screen. The crash of the glass smashed around Naota, Haruko laughing hysterically as the bot stumbled back, the club swinging away wildly. "And just what're you gonna hit now, big dumb and ugly?"

Naota gasped as shattered glass flew past him, but his eyes were fixed on Haruko. It had been so long since he'd seen her in action, his memories didn't do it justice. She was still so fierce and cool, still had that perfect swing. There was a faint blush on his singed cheeks, 'Her guy?" "Am I...really?"

He got to his feet, jumping and sliding down to where his guitar had landed, picking it back up. He'd wanted to beat this thing on his own, but...maybe he could do it with her this time.

He yanked the cord again, the stalled engine buzzing to life. As the robot floundered around in the mud near the back, Naota charged. He leaped up onto the bat as it swung by, yelping once at it lurched high up past the thing's head. At the apex of the swing, he jumped off, the neck of the blue and white intrument in both hands. He fell from the height like a shooting star, straight at the yellow plates of the giant's head. He brought the solid body down as hard as he could, another discordant chord ringing out over the other sounds of the fight. The plates held, then gave, the guitar smashing through circuit boards that seemed to be made up of old baseball cards.

The thing jerked once spastically, then trembled, thin beams of light erupting from tears in it's body. Then it exploded, a huge blast that fired high into sky, a column of flame that parted the clouds before it faded away.

There was no sign of Naota for a moment, then those near the river could hear a faint yell getting louder. Peering about hawkishly, Haruko was looking the wrong way as Naota slammed down into the seat of her Vespa, wrapping around it before rolling off onto the ground. "Ohhhh."

He stood up, watching the last of the explosion, the guitar still in his right hand. Naota looked over at Haruko, his eyes suddenly a bit timed. "Haruko...I...uh...thanks." "Your swing....it's still amazing."

"Naota? Nao-taaa..." Haruko hunted for him, peeking over her shoulder as she heard him behind her. "Uhhn? HA!"

She spun around on her heels, grabbing him in a tight bearhug. "Of course... but yours has gotten better as well. Taking up my advice, I see. And its a good thing you've held onto that. Comes in handy, don't it?" She gave him a kiss, realizing once again that he was far bigger than last time.

"You're bigger, Naota. Bigger than just your head. I mean... you're an adult now. You're all grown up..." She beamed at him, forgetting the others there as she gave his cheek a quick, gentle lick. "I'd hafta pick you up for something like that before. Now, you're at the perfect level. And you're the perfect size too...." She trailed off, letting go of him.

"We should get you home. You need a bath.... you taste funny." She smirked, patting the back of her vespa. "Hop on. I've felt real lonely without you on here with me..."

Peering around her shoulder towards the bridge, she gave a loud whistle. "Hey! We're on the move! If you can get that junkheap runnin', move your butt!"

He blushed at her compliment, "I guess it do-," his words were cut off as Haruko kissed him again, the suddenness of it startling him. It felt so good, and like before but...different somehow. Was it because he was older?

"P-perfect size?" She released him, though his cheeks were still burning. He'd gotten kind of used to that with Mamimi, but that was a long time ago. And...well, Haruko just always had that effect on him.

He looked at the seat of the Vespa, right behind her. Home. Funny, it hadn't felt that way in a while. Not like a home, just like a place he lived. Now though...it did feel like going home again.

Naota climbed onto the back of the yellow machine, hesitating a minute before he put his arms around her waist. She drove like...well, like a lunatic alien adreneline junkie. He really didn't want to get beat around anymore today. Best to hold on tight. Plus, well...he liked to.

There was a thunderous roar and they shot off down the road, Naota gripping her tighter at the sudden acceleration. As the cold wind stung his eyes, he suddenly wondered what his Dad would say. He groaned. His Dad was wierd anyway, but when Haruko was involved...

He shook his head, a very small smile on his face. Another normal day. Nothing amazing. Except everything now.

Haruko peered over her shoulder, grinning as she saw the slight smirk on Naota's face as he rested his head on her shoulder. "Gettin' comfy, tiger?" She gave a laugh, winking at him as the vespa flew down the streets. How she drove without looking- well, she just did it. Questioning it was probably a bad idea...

"I missed you too," She added softly, leaning her head against his a moment-
And slammed into the side of his house, bouncing the vespa back a few feet as it stalled out.

Her head shot up, giving the building a bewildered glance. "Well that was a short ride! Damn, gonna have to fix this thing again.... Haaa, I'll sic Shuga on it." She peeked around the other shoulder to Maze. "Hey! Wake him up and have him fix this thing, would ya? Seems I still can't drive through walls..."

She got off the thing, smiling at Naota. "So... is your dad just as strange as he used to be?" She grinned, hugging him. "Even better question... Do I still get to bunk with you?"

Shin growled softly to himself, then started walking, or trying to. It was really difficult with the growing whatever it was in his pants. He was tempted to try using his sword to lance it, but he'd have to heat the sword up first. He glared at Maze, and then started away from the bridge.

Maze yawned tossing her popcorn over her shoulder and hopped on her cherry red vespa. "Come on Shuga..." she called to him waiting until he got on the back. She had his case on her back ready to pack him back inside if need be but he seemed to be alright just a little sugar strung.

As they pulled up to Naota's house, Maze gave a whistle though a dull one at that. Chuckling when this time Haruko's vespa stalled out she nudge Shuga in the ribs incidently deflating his form. Arching a brow she watched as he shot off into the sky fluttering about before falling flat on the back of her vespa.

With a sigh she picked up his deflated form attempting to pump air into him with helium. "This ought to bring you back to life, Haruko needs a vespa charge. Wake up!"

The helium plumped him up but still no response as his form returned to normal. "I think he's out again..." she said hefting the big lug over her shoulder and following behind the other two. "So where's my room?" she asked noting the house wasn't very big.

Shuga

"Vespa Charge?" From flattened to full Shuga stood. "Oh yeah I am all over that."

Shuga walked over to where Haruka's Vespa had bounced off the wall of the Kid's house. he made a cauge non -commital grunt and wave as a way of greeting. He found at 7 foot grunts and such made people leave you alone. Well except maze, she usually elbowed you.

"So what seems to be the problem, it crash, no burning, fuel up, seems to be in one piece." Shuga Pulled something from a pocket looking like a switchblade and flipped up a crescent wrench head. With just that he began to work, Dissaembling the Vespa entirely and finding a kerosene can from nowhere.

"No worries I'll have this thing doing transsonic in no time Haruka. Oh yep you just wait this thing will go through concrete. You might not but it will and that's important." Shuga's motto was make it Big. He wasn't called Ookii just for his height.

Shin managed to follow the strange people. He had managed to make whatever it was that had been in his pants vanish, and as he jumped down from the roof, he looked normal. Well, as normal as a ninja does in modern day society. "Okay, so what do we do now, Naota?"

Naota stood up, having fallen off the vespa when it collided with the wall. He was rubbing his head (why did he always get hit in the head?) when Haruko suddenly hugged him again. He blushed, feeling both pleased and awkward. Why was she being so...sweet? She hugged him, even kissed him before, but never this much at once...and usually in between abuse. Was she just messing with him?

Then Maze arrived, and the other alien, Shuga, and Shin even got there and started asking questions. Naota turned to each in turn to listen to them, holding up a hand (as best he could with Haruko still clinging) to hold off any more. "Uh, well, there's a couple of things." "The, uh, only rooms are my Dad's, my Grandpa's, and the one my brother and I share..." "We don't have a lot of space, I'm sorry." "I guess...maybe you could stay in the living room or something..." He shrugged, then looked over at Haruko. "I know Dad'll want you to stay with him, but...your bunk is still yours."

He looked at Shin, and then around at the aliens. "Shin, if you want my honest advice...go home, drink some bitter tea, and pretend this never happened." It was true, if Haruko was here, with all these others (who seemed as strange, if not more so), things were just going to get wierder and worse. "If the...horn goes away, then it's cool." "Stop hanging out with me, and have a great life." "If it isn't gone by tomorrow, you're part of this anyway." "Come and see me, and I'll tell you about it."

Shin wouldn't be happy with that answer, but Naota wasn't sure he cared. He just didn't want the other kid to be put in danger. He'd have to handle that part of it.

Naota turned and walked around to the front of the building, dragging Haruko along, when the door opened. "Wah!" The tall, angular shape of Canti loomed in the doorway. The blue robot looked at the assembled group, waved, and then walked out carrying a load of trash.

"Hey, Naota-kun!" From the living room, Kamon Nandaba, his hair and scraggly beard now shot with gray, wearing sunglasses even at night, stuck his head around the corner. "Good news!" "I was taking out the garbage, and I found our old robot!" "Guess your old man should have looked there first, huh?" Then Kamon spied Haruko, and he went silent. HIs mouth began to twitch slowly into a smile, a speck of drool i one corner.

"Uh," Naota began, but that was all he had a chance to say.

Kamon leaped into the entranceway, reaching into the closet and pulling out a red suit, holding it in front of himself as though he was wearing it. "Ah, Haruko-san!" "It's been a long time, and you're as lovely as ever." Kamon looked at his son, "Was she out by the trash too, Naota-kun?" "Imagine someone throwing away so talented a housekeeper!"

A rough, aged voice called from the living room, "If it's that pink haired girl, see if she's playing for anyone right now." "We could use that arm." Naota sighed. His grandpa thought about baseball even more these days.

"Yes, her arm," said Kamon, staring at Haruko's ass. "Strong and firm, yet gentle and ladylike." "Perfect for throwing strike after strike."

"And see if she can man up Naota any!" The youth blushed bright red as his grandfather spoke again. "Kid needs to pick up the bat some more, not that pansy guitar." "She's got enough balls for both of them!"

"Then again, if you ever need an extra..." Kamon smiled, and trailed off as he saw the others. "Ah!" "Come in, please!" "Welcome to the Nandaba household!" "Home of bread, baseball, and the finest investiagtive journalism in all of Mabase!" "Friends of Haruko-san's are friends of mine."

He grabbed Maze and Haruko by the hand, pulling them into the dining room, and setting them down on the cushions. The red suit was now hooked by it's hanger into the neck of the polo shirt the older man was wearing. "Now, I'll get a few bottles and we'll celebrate properly!" "Old friends reuniting, and new friends to be made!" Kamon looked at Naota, "Bring some sake, Naota-kun, and some soda for yourself." "Can't have a boy drinking, you know." "It encourages delinquency and licentious behavior."

Naota stared for a moment, then went to the kitchen. He returned a moment later, finding his dad and grandfather seated at the table with the others. The teen looked about, seeing no room left at the small table. "Ahh, there you are, Naota-kun." The tray with the sake and shallow drinking bowls was whisked out of his hands, "There's a good boy." "I'm afraid there's no room left right now, but this is an adult situation, after all." "Yes, it may be best not to expose you to all this as a responsible parent." As Kamon finished speaking, he clenched a rose in his teeth, leaning over the table to pour sake for Haruko and Maze.

Naota stood int he doorway, one eyebrow twitching slightly. There were a number of emotions on his face at the moment, none pleasant. "...I'm going to take a bath."

********************************

Warm water poured down over Naota's soapy body, washing away dirt and soot. He sat on a stool on the bathing part of the large bathroom, turning the wash tub over and filling it again.

"Why does he have to be like that?" "Treating me like a kid." "I haven't been one in a long time." Some things never changed. Kamon Nandaba was one of those things. "And he didn't even question any of it." "He just took them back in as though no time had passed at all." "And the others...he'll let them stay." With as bizarre as his father was, Naota should be used to wierd.

But he wasn't.

He ran a bath of hot water, leaning back in the wide, deep tub, feeling the heat relax his muscles and soothe his jangled nerves. He looked up at the ceiling. "Haruko is here, and Medica Mechanica is rebuilt...so they're both after Atomsk." "Again." "Which means...she's just using me to get to him." "Again." He reached up a hand to feel the spot on his forehead that the destroyed robot, and then Canti had emerged from. "So why...she loves Atomsk." "Why do I feel so good about just being used again?"

"Awww, you're too good to me, Shuga... If it can handle it, I'm sure I can too! Vroom- straight through the side of any- Ahhh?"

Haruko spun about on her heel, looking over her shoulder as she heard Kamon. Her grin grew as she saw him, shaking her head. "Trash? Naw... I just decided to come for a visit for awhile. I think we'd all be able to -HAWP!" Yanked into the house by Kamon, she shot a look to Maze, shrugging. "THIS is him toned down...," She muttered behind her hand, rolling her eyes, then laughed. Purring at Naota as he brought out the sake, she rubbed her head against his waist as she sat on the floor. "Thank you Ta-kun...," she cooed out, giving him a wink. "I'll pay ya back later, right?"

"Oooh, Kamon-kun..." Haruko giggled as he leaned across the table, taking the rose from his mouth with her own teeth. "Mrowr. Ha." She winked at Naota as he left the room, then gulped down her sake. "Sooo... is my job still open?" She gave a nod to Maze and Shuga. "See, I brought a few friends. Help for the bakery, too." Lowering her voice, she leaned to Maze's ear. "Just play along... Nothing around here's hard. Hell, barely hafta lift a finger as long as we keep him oogling."

Kamon looked serious for a minute, clearly thinking hard. "Your position?" "Ah, but what is your position?" "Housekeeper?" Suddenly the camera put Kamon in close up, his sunglasses twitching. "Robot Fighter?" "The unattainable and unknowable fantasy that transitions a boy from childhood to adulthood?" The close up shifting, Kamon's mouth and stubble now clearly seen. "The elusive and provocative unknown that brings to focus to otherwise unconnected lives and events, all in an effort to bring them into one fully cooly story?" The camera, apparently no longer being carefully attended, was now focusing in on the part in the older man's hair. "Is it really for any player to know the position of another in this crazy, mixed-up high school play that we call life?"

The camera then panned out to reveal Kamon was now draped over Haruko and Maze's laps, his chin in his hand as he thought. "Yes..." "I do think we could use a housekeeper to help keep up with the swinging lifestyle of three bachelors." "So, you'd be welcome back in our household, Haruko-san." He grinned up at her, "Your friends can stay as well, the more hands in the bakery, the more I can focus on my Pullitzer winning investigations."

*************************

Naota, now changed into a t-shirt and a pair of shorts, was sitting out on the roof above his room. Next to him on the red slate lay the blue and white guitar he'd carried around for so long. There was a bubble of laughter from below, and he sighed, "Sounds like they're in a good mood."

He reached over, pulling the guitar to him. Staring up at the sky, he plucked out a few notes, idly. He'd been dealing with everything so far just on impulse. Shouldn't he stop and think about it? He prided himself on being the most mature one in his family. Was the way he felt about Haruko, and just giving her the chance to walk all over him again really mature? Or even smart?

She called him Ta-kun. It had been a long time since he'd heard that name. It used to bother him, but it didn't now. When had that changed?

Haruko twitched as Kamon sprawled himself across their laps, holding the small cup to her mouth as she stared down at him. "Haaa... Well, call the job what you want, as long as I get something.. spicy... once in awhile, Kamon-kun, I'll do most anything you want."

She held her head up a bit at that, jutting out her chin. "Almost anything, Kamon... A girl's got to keep her dignity." This coming from someone caught humping the back of her vespa out of boredom on the trip back, complaining about how there was nothing fuckable aboard the ship- much to Shuga's frustration.

"Welllll... I'll leave you to get acquainted with Maze, Kamon-kun." She gave him a wink, easing herself out from under him and letting him plunk down against the cushion. "I want to go get situated in. It's been awhile..."

Heading to Naota's bedroom, she crawled out the window and settled beside him. "Hey." She looked up at the sky, smirking. "You don't trust me, do you? You think I'm here just to cause trouble again. You've got me all wrong, Ta-Kun." She threw her arms about him, tugging him closer as she buried her head against his neck.

"You're all grown up now, Ta-Kun. Kamon doesn't see it, but I do." She licked his neck, then smiled. "You're the only one that works for me, Ta-Kun. I want to find out what else there is..." She turned a bit, resting her head in his lap, smiling up at him with wide golden eyes. "You even admitted it earlier. You missed me, too. There's no hiding that." Her smile grew even more, reaching up to stroke his chin. "You've had dirty dreams, haven't you, Ta-Kun?"

Naota had to admit he liked the feeling of her this close. She was so warm...he could feel her breath on his neck. "No, that's not it." He wasn't sure he should tell her this, but at least in his case, he was long past trying to get anything part her. "I do trust you." "I know I shouldn't, but I do." "I mean, last time you were going to let everyone's brains get flattened, just to get him." "Atomsk." She'd also said she was going to kill him after he'd pulled the power of the pirate king into himself. "I know you'd do it again too, if you thought it would work." "But...it doesn't matter for some reason."

There was that phrase again. He was "the only one who works." It made him feel happier than he wanted to admit, that she might need him. "What else there is...?" What did that mean?

At her question about dirty dreams, his face went scarlet, and he looked away from her, back up at the sky. Even with that, he could feel those yellow eyes burning into him, see her smile in his mind's eye. "I!" "No, well, I mean, I...it's natural for-" He stopped himself, not trusting his ability to put a sentence together. Man...she could still mess with his head.

He had, though. He dreamed about her a lot. He swallowed, trying not to think about those dreams. Or that her head was in his lap. "Why would you ask about something like that anyway?" The question had none of the heat he'd wanted to put on it, he might as well have just said yes.

Haruko grinned devilishly at the stammer of a response she received for her question. "Ha. You have... Oh, don't be like that, Naota. Just more proof of how adult you are, thinking that way."

"Tell me, what kinda things have you been thinking about? That bunny suit of mine? Maybe the maid's dress...? I've got a whole collection now, Ta-Kun. Maybe I should bust it out for ya. Give ya some new things to ponder over." She reached up, batting at his hair. "You don't need to be so shy with me, Naota. I know I can be a confusion sometimes. Hell, I barely know what I'm doing half the time. I just follow my feet. They seem to know what's going on..."

She paused, raising an eyebrow as she glanced next to her. "Hey, you've got a big lump going here, Ta-Kun.. and I didn't even nail you." With one quick motion, she was back sitting up, giving him a smirk. "Want me to help you fix it?," she asked, already reaching for his shorts.

Naota blushed as she mentioned off outfits that had, indeed, found a place in his dreams. Dreams and day dreams, if he was honest with himself. Then there was the nurse's outfit...and just the towel...

He suddenly realized that he was getting way too excited for Haruko's head to be down there and not notice anything. "Uh, yeah." "Yeah, that's a good idea, let's go and..."

Mephistophelily said:
She paused, raising an eyebrow as she glanced next to her. "Hey, you've got a big lump going here, Ta-Kun.. and I didn't even nail you." With one quick motion, she was back sitting up, giving him a smirk. "Want me to help you fix it?," she asked, already reaching for his shorts.

Time seemed to stop for Naota. He was paralyzed, unable to reach out and grab her questing hand or knock it away. This, this was something there waxs no going back from. "Haruko...I...I don't know what'll happen if..."

Haruko wasn't even listening to him as she tugged open his shorts, her fingers taking his erection free of the fabric. "Just like I figured. You really are a big guy, Ta-Kun." She smiled at him, her hand holding him for a moment, feeling the twitching warmth in her palm before slowly stroking along him.

"Naota.." She leaned to his ear, giving it a gentle lick. "I was eager to come back- to see you. You're old enough now. I can find out-" She frowned. "This just won't work, trying to explain. Talking just isn't going to do anything. I should show you." Moving down, she traded her hand for her mouth, giving a soft moan against him as she slowly crept her lips down him.

Naota closed his eyes as her hand touched him, holding his now fully hard member. It was better than his dreams. Her hand was cool but warm, gentle, and soft. "Oh!" "Oohhhh, y-you sh-shouldn't," he protested weakly. It felt so good, his cheeks were stained red, her eyes downcast in a sudden shyness.

As she came to whisper in his ear, he still was mostly unmoving, stunned by all that was happening. "What...do you need to find out?" "Show me?" "I don't-" His words cut off in a sudden breath as her wet, warm mouth slid over the head of his shaft. "Aaahhh." "Haruko..."

In that moment, he made a decision. He didn't want to keep being so...passive. He, he wanted this. He'd wanted this for years. Why pretend he didn't? Naota took a deep breath, and then swallowed. He then reached down to gently run a hand through the tousled pinkness of her hair, "It feels good." His voice as low and soft, but there was a thread of strength in it that was uncommon in his speech. He let the hand trace down the lines of her back, feeling the firmness of her body underneath the vest she wore. "S-so good."
