Gaining weight

The taking in extra protein and lifting weights will definitely get some more weight on, but if theres something wrong with you and you really don't wanna goto the doc's at this point, maybe you could goto WebMD check out your symptoms.... it might tell you something. They also have ideas about getting fit and stuff like that....

Whey protein poweder which is sold in GNC and other healthfood stores is great for adding protein to your diet! Eat healthy protein, carbs and workout. 200g of a protein a day is good to start out with aiming at 3500 calories a day. Thats what I did when I was a workout freak

I've had your exact problem, The docs all said "well you're def underweight but you're healthy, dont worry about it" Now I've finally managed to gain a few more pounds by; eating late at night. Yep, before I go to bed I eat chicken, mayonaise, olives stuff like that, healthy food. And drink some water and off to bed. After maybe two weeks of doing this I had gained a little. And after 18 months of really trying to gain weight I was very happy about this.
Good luck to you!
