Gags used to be a limit for me, prior to my relationship with Dawnie. Even our first few years together, she avoided gags mostly because I tend to be quiet and we had no need for one.
Lately our play has intensified, and my ability to be "stoic" and quiet has lessened. I purchased a stuffed leather gag which came in the mail today. It is about 2" inches thick.
The only gags I've ever used before were more like bit gags....so this is quite a stretch for me and my jaw aches after just a few minutes in it. However, it's a wonderful sensation and will do very well for muffling sound, which is what we want.
My question is....will I get used to it over time or does the ache in my jaw indicate that it is simply too much for me? I'm hoping not at it isn't returnable, but I have no experience in gags and figured some of you may have some insight as if "training" your mouth and jaw to a gag is a feasable hope. It's not a HUGE stretch, just more than I've ever felt before.
