My family has been discussing this lately. We aren't all that far from DC in airtime.. and they figure if it is going to happen that would be the most likely place.
So I received instructions this evening on things I need to do and that I'd prolly be okay with taping and putting plastic around just one room's windows.
It makes you think.. but I very seriously doubt that I'll do it.

To be informed...
Even if you're not in any danger area, it gives the family a sense of control over things larger than themselves. (duck and cover)
Don't forget a shotgun and about a hundred rounds of #00 Buck/#6 Buck, and slugs.
