Whats a phup?

Phu (sorry, that is what I meant, not Phup) is a Vietnamese soup, of which there are at least 20 different varieties - mostly with beef as the meat. I like the variation with chicken myself. There is a restaurant near where I work that serves nothing but Phu - it is very popular.
