cyber security paranoia has them ignoring a simple fact. you can practically mail anything anywhere. why? too busy checking for bombs. look at how someone got ricin through the mail.
an aquantance bragged about getting marijuana through the mail , sometimes as much as 5 pounds of it at a time. through fedx, ups and the usps. told him he's a dumbass because if they ever knew, they could throw the RICO act at him and anyone else involved. they do it because they are stupid AND greedy.

remember when i said that a neighbor of mine suggest i visit his wife and fuck her?
well, i made the suggestion to her that we have some fun. she gets offended, and i apologise. he later gets mad. i remind him it was his suggestion. he looks dumbfounded. (i said nothing to his wife about that.) apparently he drinks too much and has blackouts.

on that day he was waling down the driveway. as i am driving up. he confronts me, we talk. my cousin is in the passenger seat. he asks, who is this, i said, you met him last month when you came up for a short visit. we resolve everything with a hand shake. later that day, about 15 minutes later, he comes back up, he wants to discuss it even more. my cousin pops up behind me, he asks, who is this, i told him you met him in the driveway just 15 minutes ago. (he also met my cousin when he was visiting back in november 2012 for a week.) we discuss things, resolve it AGAIN with a handshake. then after going to town this morning i have a hone message. he's threatening cops and wants to talk to me . i realize he's at a neighbors and i think, do this in front of ANOTHER witness. we talk, we resolve things, we shake.
i swear if this dude pushes again, i'm filing harrassment charges and a restraining order , and order a mental hygiene for him.
a handshake and your word is enough for me. dude serously needs to quit drinking.

he must have been drinking again. he left 2 threatening phone messages on the machine. daring me to come down, blah,blah,blah.....................
i thought it so damn funny i didn't have the heart to file charges. i also thought about his poor wife that has to put up with him.
we'll be fine unless he takes a swing at me or pulls a gun.
