This year our defense budget will be: $379 Billion dollars.

That's more than the next 15 countries COMBINED.

If we were to reduce the number of Nukes that we have, so that we could only destroy the world a paltry, miserable 5 times over, we coulld open and operate 2600 schools.

(Notice I didn't say anything about Republican spending that puts us into debt. oops.)

That's a nice thought, except...

It costs more to dismantle a nuke and dispose of the radioactive components than it does to leave it on the shelf and guard it.
