In my next submission, I've got a scene where a male and female fool around in a hot tub. The girl jacks him off (sort of), and he cums in the water. Having no real world experience, I don't know this answer, what should she do about his semen? Should she dip her head beneath the water and suck it in just for kicks, or is one just expected to ignore that white cloud in the water?

That said, and not knowing how ambitious you might be as a writer, decisions like that can give depth to the character. Maybe she doesn't know either, maybe either possibility grosses her out, and she gets up and leaves.

Maybe she ignores the semen in the water (which is what i would do, because semen doesn't bother me one way or another) and maybe that grosses him out and he gets up and leaves. Or maybe he decides that any woman who can be so casual about something like that is the kind of woman he'd want to pound through the mattress...

which gives you a hook for a second chapter.

Or, maybe he says something like, "I'm about to come", and she says something like, "Come in (some location you might decide for yourself)".
Do your characters lose their minds when they're getting jacked off?

I'd say, he comes in the water and that's it, or if he's about to come he stands up and lets her swallow it or wear it. But I really think you'll cause some chuckling and down-right "yeah, sure" if she goes under the water, searching for it. I also don't think she'd look all that sexy and attractive trying to gather it up with her hands or her mouth. She's not a dog lapping up the water.

I read a porn 'novel' once where a couple were screwing in the water, he came inside her and the excess 'floated to the surface like a water lily'. I thought that was rather picturesque for the genre.
