What is it about the full moon that brings out the wackos and weirdos?

Especially on the road? Are there awful drivers on your roads or do they just live in my area? I found this website which is very funny. I think I may have to use that coupon to issue a summons...

Its a full moon here tonight. Its lovely, but it being a hot night, everyone will be down the beach swimming, and coming home in the early hours of the morning. Im a volunteer fire fighter and we have to attend accidents as well. I will guarantee you that there will be an accident later on or early tomorrow morning

Never and CB you two are crazy... like a fox! I think we all are here. But I was talking about REALLY crazy people. You know the kind that stare into space and live in their own little dream worlds. OK, so maybe we do that too! lol

But mostly I was talking about lunatics on the road. Had another one this morning. As I left for work, I was behind a garbage truck. He had his flashing lights on so I got into the other lane to pass. He started moving. So I slunk back thinking he would stop at the next driveway. Well, he slowed down but when I attempted to pass again, he sped up! Of course this is 7 am and still pitch black outside. I am on a 2 lane road with hills and no streetlights. This kept up for several hundred yards. He passed a few driveways and garbage cans in his odd little game of - I don't even know what to call it! But finally I just floored it after I got past the hills and to a point where I could see possible oncoming traffic.

I mean, is that weird or what? He didn't know me. Couldn't have had a grudge against me as I only came upon him for a second or two before he started doing that. He couldn't even see me behind his truck till I started to pass. Macho posturing perhaps? I don't know. But I found it a disturbing way to start the day. And I noticed the full moon still out. Coincidence? I think not! LOL

But I have also heard of people doing odd things elsewhere too. Things that fill the emergency rooms during that time of month. Or police stations. That kind of crazy!
