Yeah, it's also pretty touristy, but I'd hate to see that wonderful hotel-former-monastery get plowed under a bunch of ash and shit.

I'm not sure, but when I was there in 2000, she was quiet and had been for a while.

Gimme a minute and I'll link you to the hotel. We decided to splurge for one night...$100 for a night, but it was well worth it. We move to a cheap place the next night.

I'm way better. You're a nice guy, but people think my cuntishnish is more honest.

that looks beautiful. i was there by myself, so i just walked up and down the streets, until i found a place that looked decent enough. two bucks bought my own bed and shower. i checked one place out that was somewhere around $50/night, but i couldn't justify the expense.

It's gorgeous, it really is. Each room is a former monk's cell with iron candleholders and a fireplace. The restaurant and gardens were spectacular.

just read that they are predicting antigua to be safe, but around 33,000 people from villages surrounding Volcan del Fuego have been evacuated.

Yeah, I heard the same. I hope it's true. The problem is all those people will have to rebuild their lives with probably no support or help from anyone.
