I didn't see the game you are obviously refering to, however, just keep in mind that the Brazilians play soccer better than anyone in the world. They play rough and aggressive. You may not like their style, but it works.

By the way, if you feel that everyone who beats your team does so due to a "paid off referee", then you might want to turn of the TV and just read the score in the paper the next day.

Take that Brazil... Your dirty play, chest thumping, cheap whiney asses didn't get you a god damn thing!! It may have taken until penalties, but Canada still got the job done in front of 40,000 fans.

Brazil tonight found out what America and Russia found out in Salt Lake.. you can try and screw Canada over all you want but in the end Canada still comes out on top!

Speaking of America... bring them on Sunday afternoon in the finals!

They can play rough and aggressive.. fine.. I have no problem with that.

I do have a problem with Brazillian coaches being free to walk into the middle of the goal area, Canadian players being pulled down in the goal area (both infactions should be automatic cards..), Canada's players being allowed to be harassed and pushed from behind as they try to line up free kicks and the ball being kicked away by the Brazilians from spots where the ref sets it down for the free kicks (also an infraction that should be carded)

That's not "rough and aggressive" .. Thats just plain dirty play ... And the ref didn't do a damn thing about it.

Ok, granted the ref in the Brazil - Canada match wasn't paid off, and the women's hockey game final didn't have a paid off ref (just a very poor inexperienced one) .. but the French judge was paid off was she not??
