In the mood to game, have time to spare... but too restless to just fucking pick one and melt my brain for an hour or two.

I miss the old teamspeak group. That alone kept me on planetside 2 almost two years after SOE tweaked the fun out of it. Hard to believe it's been so long. Wish I was as good at finding groups like that as my brother is.

Destiny, is fun, and there is an app, for finding people to play with.

I'm not much for consoles anymore. Got a chance to try destiny (on my other brother's x-bone)... it was ok, but the minimal aim-assitance that consoles shooters can't function without is jarring when you've gotten used to not having it.

It's funny; you don't notice it until you've spent time away from it, aiming with the mouse instead.

anyway... i suspect this app you mention is an LFG function? like... gaming with strangers? hows that work out?

I hate gaming with strangers, acctually I found people on Twitch. Still in the end some of it did not work out well, but have made some real (Few) friends. Honestly I have made more friends here than there, but at least I met some non assholes who I kinda like.

As for aim Assist, in PvE yes it helps, but in PvP it suckssssssssssssss. I look for guns with low Aim Assist, because anymovement Ally or Op For, throws it off.
