The "Emotional Music" thread got me to thinking.

Music is one of those universal languages that can convey and bring forth all sorts of feelings, just like that (snapping finger).

Anyway, that nine inch nails song, yes you know which one came on the other day and by golly if every time it comes on I am in the throws of passion.

There are quite of a few of course, but I was just wondering what songs, when you hear them make you just want to throw your clothes off and .... "eh hem?"

A couple for me that make me at LEAST want to kiss:

In my Wildest Dreams (Moody Blues)
I Wanna Hold Your Hand (Beatles)
Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison)

Songs that make me want to do MORE than kissing:

The Kiss (the Last of the Mohicans Soundtrack)
My Name is Mud (Primus)
You're the Inspiration (Chicago)
Love Bites (Def Leopard)
Open Arms (Journey)
Rosanna (Toto)

ps: if anyone says "feel like making love" I am going to have to hurt you!!
;)

I know this is tres cliche...but the opening notes to Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye make me feel all tingly inside. Let's see...there is a song on the Janet ackson CD called Throb..it has no words only a strong beat and the occassional moan. That one gets me going. I have a CD by Miles Davis called Do-Bop that does it for me. For some reason, I have this fantasy that involves a room with total darkness and AC~DC playing so loud you can't hear anything else. But, above all else, the Marvin gaye song does it for me.

oooohhh baby play it again

- To Turn You On by Roxy Music
- Creep by Radio Head
- I Want you to Want Me by Cheap Trick
- Super Vixen by Garbage *with the line "you can always pull out if you like it too much*
- Tonight's the Night by Rod Stewart ...

mmmm k now I'm getting wet just thinking of those songs .. very very fuckable tunes .... :)

call me cliche

....but anything by Barry White will do it for me.

When in the right frame of mind, any kind of music is good for making love. Waltz music, jazz or a march. It doesn't matter once your juices are flowing.

blue

blue,

I agree with that but what about "before" the juices are flowing... you know when you are just sitting there in rush hour traffic or you are just walking down the street, etc.
What, if you heard it, would start it up?

Thank you Jade for the clarification.
I am not good at remembering titles, but when I hear Barry White or Sade,
I begin to crave the closeness of my lover.

Last Minute Addition

Forgot a good one....anything from Joedici. It's a little old now, but still good stuff.

You don't need ganja to find a use for good reggae!

"Let's Stay Together" by Al Green and "Stir it Up" and "Is this Love?" by Bob Marley are the best romance tunes for me.

For the missus, her personal fave that gets her bouncing around the house is "Boom Shakalak" by Apache Indian. I have to agree, hard tune to sit still to.

Good Ones RonG....I like the new compilaton of Bob Marley's old stuff mixed with new artists. The rendition of Turn the Lights Down with lauren Hill is another great ummmmm "get busy" tune!

Why does everything have to be about "fuck fuck fuck", instead of love?

'Cause this is a sex site, not a love site. Sex and love, though wonderful when combined, are not one and the same. One is a merging of souls, the other a merging of bodies. And as much as I enjoy love, sometimes a good fuck is nice too. It's not dirty, evil, or wrong - it's biology, baby.

Whoever said "Prince" is right on - I'm not even a big fan of his, but his music has sex sex sex written all over it. Barry White, another good choice. Toni Braxton's stuff also gets me going.

LMAO..

Jeff, buddy, when you get around to having sex you'll understand the importance of a good fuck. Great sex involves sweat and hardwork ( and the occasional piece of molded plastic, LOL). I love my wife very much, but when it's time to take care of business - we fuck!!

Oh, and Prince - especially when you get away from popular stuff and dig deep in to nasty shit he's got hiding that could NEVER get airplay.

And don't forget P-Funk... There's nothing like some nasty funk music to get a good groove going.

Different sexual moods have different music styles for me. Personally, for romantic or slow contemplative copulation give me classical or old Allman Brothers. For the "can't wait, rip off the clothes, lets get sweaty" sex, the new Santana "Supernatural" sizzles.

I had some of the best sex of my life listening to "All along the Watchtower" by Jimi Hendrix.

Jeff.....tsk tsk tsk

Jeff, you ever actually been around any other males of the species? I wonder at times....

Anything by THE CURE......"Tell me how you do that trick/ The one that makes me scream she says..."

You know actually I have to say that because i'm into Metal that is the type of music that gets me going.

I love Fucking to Pantera

and making love (but still fucking) to Meatloaf

I met a woman last July at a concert in another city...went back up there in August to see Black Sabbath (w/Ozzie:)) and to see her.....There were actually two climaxes to War Pigs...the bands and hers;) I stood behind her and let my "fingers do the walking"...later that night we fucked(made love) to Roxy Blue...my only experiences with sex and metal...hopefully not the last...Head bangin' an bangin'..gotta love it!!!!!

9 1/2 Weeks....

I'm partial to Joe Cocker's "You Can Leave Your Hat On". Just makes me wanna slowly strip down to nothing before seductively climbing on top of my lover, easing my body down on top of his, engulfing his mouth with mine adding plenty of tongue, then teasing him slightly before allowing him to slowly penetrate my body, and making intense, passionate love all night long. YUM!
