A couple of months ago, I decided that I would finish the last few episodes of my current series before submitting any of them.

I am now working on the third of three, but it I am want to write the same events from other POV, so that I can resolve any continuity issues. Realistically that will not be done before early January. Now wondering if I should post the two that are complete.

Not asking for advice, just venting.

No worries

Except for (now deceased) Christopher Hitchens, a madman who banged out top shelf prose faster than auctioneers babble, fast writing = fast food

Hopeful that your finished "meal" earns a Michelin star!

Not a fan of Asimov? Or Dickens? or Howard Fast? or James Michener? Stephen King? Simenon? Dumas? Burroughs?

p.s. OK, you can hate L. Ron Hubbard if you want.

I could be wrong, but they were more prodigious than FAST

In an effort to be supportive, I may have landed in factual-adjacent

Depends whether you set your own quality criteria for your writing, versus instant craving for ratings. Readers won't care about your angst.

Oh, FFS, I was about to submit the two finished episodes, #7 & #8 in the series, when I realised that #6 hadn't been published. Worse, it is not even finished.

Just a helpful hint I learned long ago. Once you've published a part of a story and then decide the characters or plot have led you in another direction, it will be very confusing to readers unless you to back and rewrite the already published parts.

I've written two series, each of three parts, but all parts were finished before I submitted the first one. It's much easier to maintain continuity of the plot and characters that way.

I just post it when an episode is complete. Then again I'm a pantser, so take that with a grain or two of salt.

I would wait until all three are published for continuity from fixes. If each one is from a different POV it would be worth straightening everything out before publishing.
