Friendship gone Bad

I wanna read a story about two people who were childhood friends and later became enemies who end up becoming lovers. I really like that storyline, and can't seem to find a lot of it.

Superman is so not gay, he runs about in skin tight spandex letting all of those muscles show rippling as he moves.... Damn Ok so maybe he is.

He has plenty of muscles in the comics, can I help it if they can't find a muscular actor to play him in the movies or TV.

I had a story idea once where a mousy little person was in unrequited love with a popular person who was only friendly to them. The popular person found out and tried to explain gently that the mousy person just wasn't their type. The mousy one left town an became a villain so that they could become the other person's type and kidnap or blackmail the popular person into being their lover and/or spouse.
