Frequent problem accessing the control panel

I have been having a freqent problem with accessing the control panel. It often just sits there like it is loading until it times out or it will come back saying I don't have any information as if I were a brand new member. I use Chrome, Windows 10 and everything is up to date. It seems to happen throughout the day. It will last for a while and then go back to normal. Is the server that overloaded or is it a bug?

Me too x even with a nice stable internet connection. It's weird.
