Freeballin is when guys go without any boxers or briefs and walk around and do their normal stuff without anything 'holding their stuff'. Feels quite good actully.

My boy says it's letting your balls hang free...no undies!
He does it lots..thank God. He usually puts on brief type
undies if he's going to be roughing it or playing sports with
the guys...sometimes a jock-strap. ( which I love on him!)
Freballing has made for some interesting evenings for us.

Along the lines of where you are from depends on the wordage for it. In San Francisco there is a radio station that sponsored a Tom Petty concert and they had a parody of Free Fallin that yep as you guessed was changed to Free Ballin.
