I am so honored by your very sweet words, my lovely Gusty.
Those are very nice words to live up to.
I have this big space in my heart that fits you just right.
So nice of you to snuggle up in that spot!
What a joy it has been to become good friends with you and your very clever and wonderful Hubby!!!! (Hong)
I am so very lucky to have you both for my dear friends.

Hi Capricious_Chik!

With a very clever and lovely name as that, you must be a wonderful person. It would be my pleasure to make your acquaintance!

To answer your question about my mental and emotional state at present, I am dealing with the approaching death of my sweet dad. He has been in very poor health now for many weeks and is very close to dying. My mom and sis are now at his bedside, keeping him company as best they can as he dies. He is not suffering, but has very limited use of his mind because of hardening of the arteries. He has had many heart problems too.
So, he can not eat or drink. They have him on pain meds waiting for him to dehydrate and die. That is the best way. No pain or distress that way. I had the chance to say my good-byes today with him. He could hear me, but not respond. My sis said he acknowledged that he heard me and understood what I said.
I tell you, it is hard to say goodbye over the phone as I can not attend him at this time. Anyway, I am doing pretty good, considering all. Thank you for stopping by. I look forward to chatting with you more soon. so nice to have you around.

Words, kind and loving, are never wasted no matter how many times we use them.
Does any ear tire of hearing words of acceptance and love?
Never. Do butterflies tire of sipping the sweet nector from any flower within reach?
Find a bird who will not sing as the bright morning sun rises to light the world.
You know, a day is made brighter by giving of ones' self.
And how lovely a day can be when one person shares a cheerful smile and warm hug with others.

I moment of beauty begs to be shared with others.
One of my favorite sayings that expresses my view of giving and sharing is this:
Love is not truly realized until you give it away!

It is in the very act of giving that we gain. You can not have love all by yourself. It is received only when you give it unconditionally to someone else.
I believe to completely love someone, you must refuse to judge or condemn them for things you find objectionable. Accept them as they are. Love them because they need love just as you do.

Gusty, I hope you get to know me better as I share my inner thoughts and feelings about things I feel strongly about.
Hugs!!!!!

Moonlight

The moon is almost round in glory.
Her lusty eyes opened in the haze
She wears a full lipped pout
because she can not tell her story

She catches kisses in the wind
Sent to you from some one far
Her light guides the way
and she watches the fallen star

She hears you when you cry to her
listens and is sad
the clouds all part to bring her gift
to lift your heart and make it glad

So when upon the moon you look
you look upon my heart
When you feel the joy of her
you feel the love that i impart
hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs
Enjoy a few minutes in the moonlight.. let her love come to you and part the darkness:kiss:

Words can not express the depth of my sorrow for you...

I offer my condolences, and a shoulder if ever needed.

Oh! Gusty!!!!!

I find your latest poetry to be very wonderful.
I am up there soaring with you. I feel that breeze too.
You describe your love for Hong so beautifully.
I am very glad I am allowed to read your thoughts here and post mine as well. It is a true honor to feel more of your sweet thoughts and feelings. :rose:

I don't find your words meaningless!
They are lovely and I enjoy them.
And even if you are seeing me only as words on a screen, I am very real, as are you.
Too bad this world of space separates us.
Maybe someday, if I am fortunate, I will be able to come see you and Hong in person. I would be so thrilled to be able to do that.
But for now, I must accept this barrier of time and space we share. Many hugs for you, my sweet Chinese Princess!

Frankya..babe..

you always are too kind...

This tape of friend are hard to find

aspecially when you are a boy

And I am somebody else wife...hee..

And our friendship would never die...

You are very safe with me. I never over-step the bounds with married people. I respect each of you way too much to ever do anything unkind or deceitful to either of you. For me, trust is a very precious thing. To be guarded carefully. I look forward to many wonderful days of talking and sharing poetry together.
