try this one for an AV:
Bastet.

LOL! That's nothing to do with Toggling your Woggle! and I know I said Spike had to call me Most High Goddess but I was joking. Your Serene Gracious Bountiful Majesty is also acceptable, although you of course are entitled to call me Dr. Miss.

Bastet, indeed! We better have

Osiris.

(about whom there is a very fascinating myth which would not be out of place on this site ...)

Actually, I was thinking (somewhat belatedly) about your Cat AV, and, bearing in mind what you said to Spike, I realised there was a Cat you'd not mentioned.

Seth
[wicked brother of Osiris]

Do you mean the legend of Isis and the missing 13th part ?

According to Dennis Wheatley, that is...

Elvis is alive!!!

Your pet may be an extraterrestrial
the ghost of Elvis is living in my Den
You can learn to cope with stress
And you can beat the IRS
And the incredible Frog Boy is on the loose again

You can read all about it in the Weekly Midnight Star

What a lot of lovely urban myths. If we're on myths, let's have

The Golden Bough. (The thirteen volume one, of course, not the abridged.)

Robert Graves: The Greek Myths

Oh very nice. In spite of my suggesting it would not be a good idea, the Fella did attempt to start reading that to the Piglet. ROFLOL! They are very happy now with Percy Jackson stories.

The White Goddess

The White Goddess

(Charles Kingsley's The Heroes, or Keary The Heroes of Asgard might be more appropriate for the Piglet. Or, if you haven't tried them already: Kipling's Puck of Pooks Hill and Rewards and Fairies.)

The Sword of Orley

I had to google that; it looks interesting, although the naked woman on the cover suggests it too is not Piglet fare. I'm wondering if she's old enough for

The Eagle of the Ninth.

(Man, Channing Tatum in the film was so hot! and that scene when he was sleeping in furs ... excuse me ....)
