How people are involved in the death of Freddie Gray ?

How many people inflicted injuries on Freddie Gray ?

How will the capture and arrest of Freddie Gray be justified ?

I have zero trust in the justice system. I have no faith that there will be justice for FG.

Ramsey Orta

Eric Garner died at police hands, and Ramsey Orta provided proof.

The police tried to frame Ramsey, and they jailed Ramsey, but evidence freed Ramsey.

April 20, 2015

Ramsey brought attention to something they did not want us to pay attention to”. “We have to stand behind Ramsey Orta”. Q spoke about what happened in Ferguson but, “we didn’t think Ferguson was NY”. “It’s because of Ramsey’s video showing us the murder of Eric Garner on U.S. soil that we’re out here”. “We need to watch his back because if you think the war with I’m is over, It’s not. NYPD are very retaliatory and they want to make him pay for bringing light to this and bringing us out in to the streets, for us shutting down bridges, All of this is because of this man”.
Supporters spoke and commended Ramsey for all he’s been through.

The 120th Pct on Staten Island is still harassing and intimidating Ramsey to this day,
according to supporter, Mike May who was finally coerced to speak after shouting out from the side lines.

According to Activist, Mike May, who’s been on hand in support for Ramsey all winter, First thanked Ramsey for speaking Truth to Power and standing up to the authoritarian structure that continuously tries to knock all of us down, Especially you”, pointing to Ramsey. “Because you’ve got dirt on them and shared that dirt with we the people."

Kevin Moore

Kevin Moore claims that he has been a target of Baltimore police since speaking with them about the video he shot of Freddie Gray being loaded into a police van.

On April 30, Moore was riding around Baltimore with two members of "Cop Watch, a community dedicated to filming and documenting police work," according to The Independent, and Moore and two members of the organization were reportedly arrested. There have been no explanations for why he was arrested and later released, but the two members of Cop Watch are reportedly still in prison, according to the Daily Mail.

Kevin Moore, the man who filmed police arresting Freddie Gray and dragging him on the ground was arrested on Thursday night, along with two other cop watchers from Ferguson.

“The man who recorded one of two videos showing Baltimore cops dragging a screaming Freddie Gray into the back of a police van was arrested Thursday night, two days after voicing concerns that police were trying to intimidate him by plastering his photo all over the news, saying they wanted to interview him,” reads a We CopWatch Facebook post. After the incident occurred, We CopWatch tweeted that a gun was pointed at Moore.

Shortly after his release, Moore detailed the events leading up to his arrest, in a webcast discussion with Photography Is Not a Crime’s Carlos Miller. Moore says he was protesting with Ferguson cop watchers on North Avenue, shouting obscenities and wearing an Anonymous mask. Once the group left, officers arrested them without issuing a citation or explaining what the charges were. He was released later that night.

Chad Jackson and Tony White are still being held

The Facebook post linked to a Counter Current News article claiming Moore was arrested along with Cop Watch activists Chad Johnson and Tony White. The group also asked for help from lawyers. Moore was apparently released overnight, but Johnson and White are still in custody:

Task force members continued to investigate all possibilities even though they felt confident that Gray had suffered a "catastrophic injury" while being taken from the arrest at Gilmor Homes to the Western District police station. They discovered that the van's video camera was broken and that one of the officers during the transport said Gray had "jailitis" — a faked illness — when he complained about his condition.

What seems to get lost is that the Cops had no basis to arrest or detain Grey in the first fuck'en place so all of them should be charged with unlawful arrest, or what ever.

They are all individually responsible for the consequences of their offense.

That is what happens when you put your knee on someone's neck and push down. Crack!

Under certain circumstances, including the ones involved here, running from police can be considered probable cause to stop and frisk. http://www.policeone.com/legal/arti...rom-police-US-courts-apply-a-double-standard/

It's probably cause in every situation. The problem is the person making the Yes/No call is deciding to murder first & ask questions later.

Also, NEM, the "thug" is the one wearing the badge. One less isn't a good thing just b/c your family told you that every time you lost an unrelated friend.

It's actually quite rare for a cop to murder a black person. He or she is probably at least a thousand times more likely to be murdered by a black civilian than by a cop of any race.

Anyone else thinking it may be time to go back and revisit the Ferguson "eyewitness" accounts and the testimony heard by the grand jury?

Or at least scrutinize it again with fresh eyes?

Cops can stop you whenever they please, and do roadblocks all the time. They need probable cause to put your ass in jail NOT when they pull you over. Its arrest when a cop stops you...period. If you resist or haul ass on your bicycle its resisting arrest...and a felony.
