Probably the strangest thing that has ever happened to me in my life happened just yesterday.

I was watching a show I recorded on my DVR petting my cat who was sleeping in my lap, and I closed my eyes for a brief moment but I could still see everything in front of me for 2-3 seconds even though my eyelids were shut.
