If you saw or experienced something that exceeded your expectations to the point you have to tell someone, this is the place to tell about it. Last night I had the privilege of seeing Roger Waters and crew perform "The Wall" Live in Southern California. This is a timeless album that is as fresh and current today as it was the last time it was performed in Southern Cal 30 years ago... I have been to a LOT of concerts and plays but this was the ulitmate. At the risk of plagarism the only word that I can think of that described my experience is one I didn't even know until a few months ago and please don't be mad at me Corbal but the experience was totally FUCKAWESOME... AJ, it was so rad! I saw the Division Bell tour too. That was minus Waters but David Gilmour is an all time fave as well. And that's such an underrated album don't you think? It hits home on so many levels, they are really the most cerebral band I know of.

The sound at the Honda Center was incredible. I am used to the Sports Arena in San Diego and the acoustics there kinda suck but this place had no echo's and everything was clear. Clear enough that while they were playing Comfortably Numb I called my daughter and just let her listen and she said she could hear everything.
The shot of the guitar player and singer on top of the wall was during that song. Shit I wish I could see it again! He's playing it in London on May 11th, wanna go? It's my birthday... hehe

Here is another shot, it was the prelude to Young Lust... See the flowers getting ready to fuck in the round screen... It was pretty graphic.
