"Tickle...?"
Fran saw Dani's head pop up and begin searching about the open air market in which the doctor shopped for fresh groceries each Saturday. Fran stepped out from behind a display of hand crafted candles and weakly waved. She tried to smile but was unable to accomplish it. Her body, now gowned in a far too large pair of coveralls she'd stolen from a clothes line, was wracked with pain. Unbeknownst to Fran, part of the reanimation process had involved a medicinal cocktail delivered by an IV drip, and without it, her body was -- once again -- beginning to die. It was medication that she needed every six hours to remain the vibrant, beautiful, and -- by wonderful accident -- erotic woman she was becoming ... and it had been two and a half days since she'd disappeared under the waters of the City Park lake.
She met Dani's eyes and asked pleadingly, "Go home?"
