Rank and file, lunch bucket Republicans have to be amongst the stupidest motherfuckers who've ever lived. They have no idea they are being danced around like puppets for the amusement of their corporate overlords. All the principles they hold so dear to their bigoted little hearts are being mocked daily and twisted into grotesque charactertures of reality by the very same people they hold up as their leaders and saviors. You can make up any bullshit story or narrative, wrap it up in one of their preconceived racial, religious, or xenophobic prejudicies and you can make these mouth breathing idiots believe anything!

Right now the biggest offense seems to the so-called Ground Zero Mosque. Well the reality is it's a fitness center with a prayer room and it ain't even at Ground Zero. Never mind the fact that these idiots can’t tell the difference between a religion that has existed for centuries and fringe, fad, political factions that don't even pre-date disco or heavy metal. But being the ignoramuses that they are meaningless shit like a prayer rooms well send them into full, blown, self righteous coniption fits to the point where they completely flip flop on "The principles this nation was founded on" like religious freedom and not even blink. But are completely unmoved and ignorant of all the shit any anti-Muslim racist with half brain should be mad about.

News Corp., owner of the Fox network, Fox News and newspapers including the New York Post and The Wall Street Journal, gave $1 million in late June to the Republican Governors Association, making it one of the largest corporate donors to the GOP group this election season.

A lot of the boneheads around here probably think this is pretty cute. Unless you realize the two top owners of this corporate hand job is a guy who became an American so he could run a propaganda organization on American soil and influence our elections the other guy is a Saudi Prince.

Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal owns a 7 percent stake in News Corp — the parent company of Fox News — making him the largest shareholder outside the family of News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch. Alwaleed has grown close with the Murdoch enterprise, recently endorsing James Murdoch to succeed his father and creating a content-sharing agreement with Fox News for his own media conglomerate, Rotana.

TAMPA - Two days after the Sept. 11 attacks, with most of the nation's air traffic still grounded, a small jet landed at Tampa International Airport, picked up three young Saudi men and left.
The men, one of them thought to be a member of the Saudi royal family, were accompanied by a former FBI agent and a former Tampa police officer on the flight to Lexington, Ky.
The Saudis then took another flight out of the country. The two ex-officers returned to TIA a few hours later on the same plane.
For nearly three years, White House, aviation and law enforcement officials have insisted the flight never took place and have denied published reports and widespread Internet speculation about its purpose.
But now, at the request of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks, TIA officials have confirmed that the flight did take place and have supplied details.
The odyssey of the small LearJet 35 is part of a larger controversy over the hasty exodus from the United States in the days immediately after 9/11 of members of the Saudi royal family and relatives of Osama bin Laden.

But lets forget about shit like that. The important thing is keeping some Muslim guy and his girlfriend from playing jump rope kinda, sorta, near where other Muslims died on 9/11 with everybody else.

Now, see? That's an original rant. None of this cut-n-paste crap. (Waves to UD.)

Pro-Islam, Anti-Saudi. I wonder what Drixxx means in Farsi?

OH, and the fitness center with a prayer room? That hardly seems like it would cost $100M, even in Manhattan.

Try this instead:

"Cordoba House is envisioned as a non-profit cultural and community center that will serve the Lower Manhattan neighborhood, the New York public, and visitors from around the world. Plans for the 13-story building located at 51 Park Place, just west of Church Street, include a wide range of amenities that will improve the quality of life in the neighborhood while respecting the sanctity of the surrounding area; these plans include: a Sept. 11 memorial and meditation room, cultural amenities including exhibitions, education programs, a 500-seat auditorium, a library and art studios, a Muslim prayer space, fitness facilities (a swimming pool, gym, and basketball court), a restaurant and culinary school, and childcare services."

Why would visitors come from around the world to a "fitness center with a prayer space"?

C'mon, man.

exhibitions, education programs, a 500-seat auditorium, a library and art studios, a Muslim prayer space, fitness facilities (a swimming pool, gym, and basketball court), a restaurant and culinary school, and childcare services

I don't think it's the best idea for the center to be built but there but there is more to it than a "fitness center with a prayer space. I know you can read.

Well, yes. But I wasn't the one who claimed that's what it was...I'm the guy who posted what it really planned to be. Sorry if that's too hard to figure out.

I'm an atheist. To me all religion is way past stupid. Only morons take that hocus pocus shit seriously.

And I didn't feel the need to make a laundry list of all the activities there. The point is it ain't a combo Taliban Training Camp/Al Queda Day Spa.

It's easy to see that you qualify as an excellent spokesperson for the Pro-Terrorist Party. Let's see how that plays out for y'all in November.

Are you really so fucking stupid that you know the difference between Islamic faith and a terrorist organization? Let me spell it out for you. It's like the difference between the Christian faith and the Klu Klux Klan. One is a religion and the other is a terrorist organization.

Mmmm....excuse me...

The Pro-terrorist organization she was referring to is the Democratic party.

She's pretty smart.

This is a Republican administration, you know the same people that just took a million dollars from a Saudi Prince, home to 19 of the hijackers on 9/11.

I don't think the monkeys are reading you.

Someone could save time by praying while on the exercise bike. As long as they all point to Mecca of course.

You do realize that a good deal of your vaunted Democratic bretheren have bought into this same line of horse shit right?

Reid, Pelosi, et all, while they say it is a local issue are still saying that this is a bad idea. So in other words they bought the same line of crap that you are railing against.

So using your logic, they are all equally stupid.

Maybe one of you smart people can remind me who the president was on September 11, 2001. You know, when the biggest terrorist attack in American history took place?

Thank God he was a Texan with balls, instead of a phony from Massachusetts packing raisins, or we might have minarets on the White House by now.:D

It'd be a hell of a lot better than that shitty looking corvette you've got on your profile pic. Tell me is is supposed to be diarrhea colored or vomit colored? I can't quite tell. :D

Who is driving the bus here? Spineless Democrats or fear mongering Republicans?
