Another change embedded in the 'new' software version, then, like individual posts having no minimum length any more and threads having no maximum length.

I set mine at like 50 or less

I set mine before I even started posting on the forums. Granted, I set it on the story side, so I don't know if it carried across to the forum right away or not, as I didn't get on the forums until roughly a year later.

I think that anybody can set it at any time. The story-side profile is not going to prevent anyone from putting a value in the title field. Is there a post count minimum before it appears on the forum side? If there is, it's got to be pretty damn low.
