Former Fireman and his cat

I remember the following facts:
The main character is a former fireman who was badly burned years before.
He has a cat -- I THINK name Mia.
He has a friend whose child is dying of cancer
Together he and the cat rescue either a Brownie or a Leprechaun who then grants them each a wish.
The Brownie or Leprechaun also curses out Tinkerbell for being a slut.
The man wishes for his son's friend to be healed and healthy.
The cat wishes to be a human woman.
Both wishes come true.
Fun ensues.

I actually used Google with cat, wish, and brownie. ( + site:literotica.com to limit the search to only Lit )

Didn't find the actual story, but found someone's favorite list which contained it.

I remembered it, though I couldn't remember the title or author. I think I may have even given it a beta read... Or perhaps a review after the fact? It was a long, long, time ago LOL

Well, I should have thought of the other phrasing. I used fireman, as that's what all my relatives who did the job called themselves. LOL I Googled "Mia, tuna, wish, Tinkerbell" and on the LitStorySearch and didn't get much. Go figure. In any case, thank you!!!
