Former AZ Senator Martha McSalley Fends Off Rape Attempt While Jogging

Former Arizona US Senator Martha McSalley successfully fended off an attempted sexual assault last Wednesday. McSalley, who had previously acknowledged being sexually molested at age 19, was attacked while jogging solo in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was grabbed from behind by a guy who attempted to drag her behind some bushes. She fought him off, bashing a water bottle into his face, before the attacker finally ran away.

The idiot attacker attempted his assault directly in front of one of the few surveillance cameras in the park, and Council Bluffs police were actually able to recognize the guy, 25 year old Dominic Henton of Papillon, Nebraska. Henton, who was purportedly :"homeless" and had outstanding arrest warrants, was arrested by the Omaha Nebraska police department yesterday and charged with "Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse".

The only reason he was caught was video surveillance and that would be the only reason he sees jail time. Otherwise attempted sexual assault or actual sexual assault are 2 charges that still are hard to make stick.

No kidding....did you hear that story about the Johnson City (Tennessee) Rapist? Guy was a party animal who kept a detailed diary of every one of the 51 women he raped next to his bedside table. Police read this diary (after one woman broke her foot trying to get away after being roofied) and did nothing (they don't investigate "he said/she said" without video evidence). Finally the feds got involved and had the Johnson City PD execute an arrest warrant and they half-assed THAT as well.
