<blockquote> is one of the allowed tags, but it sometimes gets stripped out if you don't make a case for it in a note.

Literotica is a running anthology, with format cohesion across the file. It doesn't indent paragraphs, so whether or not you can make your story do that, it's contrary to the format uniformity across the Lit. story file.

Instead of uploading a .doc or .docx file or whatever, you can always HTML code yourself, and test it with the Preview function.
Then if you used <blockquote> as RejectReality suggested, you'll get a better idea of how your work will appear on site.
It isn't perfect, but I think that's your best bet.
