Well, based on a true story.
What do you think of this idea I just came up with?
It's about a little boy (minor in non sexual, non abusive flashback) who even before he ever had it, decided intercourse was just plain disgusting, and he would never ever do it, even at the expense of never being a father, never having a wife, and never having a serious commitment or sexual relationship.

This is a mixed genre of drama, comedy, romance, and eroticism.

Now I'm curious about the event. Anyhow, I assume you changed your mind, being as how intercourse being disgusting is incompatible with this site

There are real life people who are asexual, but they're *really* rare. I can think of one route such a story could go that might be interesting. The boy didn't decide sex was disgusting but decided not to have it for other reasons (NOT because of disease, that's a buzzkill for readers and NOT because of religion, because that's a buzzkill for me [i.e. because I have a low opinion of organized religion]). Maybe he just decided that sex tended to get people into trouble or something.

Anyhow, he mentions the vow to a friend and all of his companions find out. Soon, all of the girls around him are doing things like flashing him, feeling him up, etc. He doesn't think to complain of sexual harassment (his female manager is doing it, too). Many girls start making out with each other in front of him and asking him to join in. This is too much for his male co-workers, who complain frequently about the fact that they aren't being propositioned, too. Eventually, everyone (except him) in the office is having sex. Fearing lost productivity, the manager extends the lunch hour to be 1.5 hours long, promising that the change will stay if productivity doesn't drop. Despite the fact that it's not an hour long, most people take to referring to it as the orgy hour.

Perhaps he eventually overhears a random girl claim, in response to her rudeness to a male companion, that all men want is sex and that women would act differently if this was not the case. He bursts out laughing and says that it is true and that she should visit his office if she's curious to find out.

Regardless, he eventually reaches the decision that he wants to have sex, but becomes quite worried how it will impact his office situation. He does so anyways, and it's only impact is that now he starts participating in the orgies, too.

A variation on this idea would be for the whole thing to be the same thing but for him to be completely oblivious to the teasing, much like various anime characters tend to be oblivious to the fact that several women have big crushes on them. I think the first offers more opportunities, though.

48 Weeks (originally a bet to give up sex for lent) was pretty good, but I don't wanna copy someone elses work.

I have some ideas where this could go on my own, but I'm excepting other ideas since this is an exaduration compiled from other stories.
I want to keep the timeline as real as possible, and not make any sudden changes in the character.
As for myself, anything on the surface of the skin is alright, as long as there is no penitration in full or in part.

That's good thinking, but with the exception of fantasies (and maby a little role play), I want to keep this grounded in reality, but I like your thinking, and may add that to a list of his fantasies, maybe a vampire type fantasy, or better yet, vampiress (low cut dress with big boobs).
His rational:
No actual penitration, means he won't be cheating on this vow, so he goes out to look for all the big breasted women he can find, groping and fondling everyone.

Now we have to think of a fantasy for hand jobs.
Maybe a genie in his penis kind of thing, and everyone wants to rub it to get the genie out.
The genie won't come out until the main character is erect, in both size and firmness.

Can you believe I've really had similar fantasies, long before I was even 12 years old?

First of all, I'm not gay, and I'm attracted (too much attracted I think) to women.
This is not a total autobiography, and does have some erotic parts.

The entire story is the narrator's flashback.
The virgin had a brain tumor and frequent panic attacks.
One day after he finally made a date with this girl he liked, he decided he would break his vow of never having sex.
Just before he made his big move, he got all stressed and had a heart attack.
He was rushed to the hospital, but went into a coma on the way there.
He was relying on all these machines to stay alive, or else his body would shut down too.

They waited and waited, but had to eventually pull the plug.
We then realize the narrator is actually his spirit, telling us his story from outside his own body.

I don't want my story to end like that.
I'm sure I'll make a Ch. 2 as well.

I was thinking about that.
What I'll do is make his reality intertwine with his fantasies (failed TV pilot).
I was sort of toying with this idea a long time ago, but since it involves a child, I nixed it, but if the childhood thing happens in flashback, and the character lets us know how non sexual his life was, maybe I can make this work.
If by "oral sex" you mean mouth to penis or anus, definitely not.
I do like the hypno-orgasm idea, but I think I can take that a step further by aiming the ray the other way in a global simultaneous orgasm, and the search to find the source.
Once all the girls find him, this is where multiple hand jobs come in.

I'm sure you'll like the reality/fantasy jumps throughout the story, as if you made your imaginary world and all of its contents, then gave your imaginary characters awareness and free will.
