what exactly is meant by circumcision? My foreskin retracts when my penis is not erect but i have a bit of difficulty pulling my foreskin back when it is fully erect. Does this need any correction. Any website which can offer more information?

im not an expert or even a man, but i think you should have it looked at by a professional... not to be taken lightly. It should pull back.

A foreskin can be streached permanently so that it will retract easily when the penis is fully erect. If yours is tight at that time, gently and slowly streach it each time you have an erection. It will eventualy slide easily over the head of your erection.

Mine was very tight when I was a pre-teen. Both of my parents made me pull it back every time I had to piss. By the time I reached puberty it was self retracting at erection. Also much easer to keep clean.

I am not a guy either but I had a partner once who was not circumsized and he regularly bled when we had intercourse. I have had many un cut partners that did not have that problem. He said he had a tight foreskin. If it is creating problems definitely have it checked out. You may also do a Google search on tight foreskins. You will probably find all sorts of info.

I had this same problem a couple of years ago and went to my Doctor. He told me the condition was called PHOMISIS and it would just get worse unless treated. It is caused by the drying of the Foreskin and one of the symptoms is cracking of the foreskin. I had to be circumcised (at age 43) and believe me when I tell you, it hurt like hell. The good part is that having sex is like a whole new experience with the extra sensitivity I now feel. Don't ignore it, It could develop into something very serious.

Y'see this is where I start to wonder... I don't think I have that condition. My foreskin is free and easy but does tend to roll back over the head often. When I masturbate my foreskin is constantly going back and forth over the rim of the head which gives me a nice sensation. Is this normal or what?

Phimosis

The condition is called Phimosis, from the Greek meaning Muzzle.
If the foreskin does not retract easily, you should contact your physician. The foreskin should retract easily and it should be retracted for washing and for urinating. The foreskin normally retracts with erection and is retracted during intercourse.
