Maybe instead of forced by violence, it should be treated like forced by circumstances.

Like the classic story: they are approached by a man they're not interested in and as he doesn't want to get lost, they tell him that they are lesbian couple and kiss to chase him away. But he's like "two straight friends kiss sometimes", so they push it further - making out heavily, touching each other bodies, finally fingering through clothing or smth like that. Then he believes them and goes away, but the door once open cannot be closed too easily...

If we're going with an incest angle, there could be a dialogue like that later in the story:
Sis1: "But we cannot have sex, we're sisters!"
